Research On Difficulties And Paths Of Cultivating Reserv Talents For Campus Football In Chongqing

As one of the most influential sports in the world,football has a long history and a solid foundation of the masses.In recent years,with the development of the society and the prosperity of the various football events,people in our country have been more and more fond of it.During the period of the 13 th five-year Plan,China has gradually made progress towards to a strong sports country,focusing on the reform of football and conscientiously implementing the medium and long-term Development Plan of Chinese Football(2016-2050).In 2015,the State Council promulgated the General Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football and pointed out that since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its general secretary,has regarded revitalizing football as an important task to develop sports and build a strong sports country.In 2018,the National Youth Campus Football Development report shows that it will implement the construction plan of it and the national campus football filed will reach 83726 by 2020.It can be seen from that the state strengthens its support for the football in all round and has made efforts to improve the strength of it,focusing on the development of the football in the primary and secondary schools in order to speed up the development of the football in the students.National attention and people's love are good,but from the point of the professional competition's view,there is still a big gap between the development of football in our country and it in the world,which makes the development of football in our country at the tip of the wind for a long time.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend of the times to develop campus football from the point of view of the students and train them when they are young.However,there are many problems in the training of football talents,especially in the training of reserve talents,which are facing great challenges.Now the students are in great competition,parents and students have to devote more energy to cultural learning.At the same time,with the popularity of the Internet,more children are immersed in online games or the online world.The students who play football are fewer and fewer,the factors of the insufficient investment and the backward construction of the coach team lead to mismatch between the training of football reserve talents and the requirements of the development of China's football industry.Therefore,this research takes the training of reserve talents of campus football in China as the core research problem,it systematically demonstrates the problems and countermeasures of the cultivation of reserve talents of campus football through the questionnaire,and provides powerful references for the development of campus football of our country.The article is divided into three parts:In the first part,it uses the literature analysis method to compare the training system of youth football reserve talents at home and abroad.At present,Germany,Britain,Japan and other developed countries of youth football reserve personnel training system is very complete.However,the training system in our country is relatively backward both in theory and practice.The theoretical research lacks rigorous theoretical basis and there are still some limitations in the perspective and methods of research on the weak theoretical basis.In the second part,38 physical teachers and 218 parents from 20 schools,including primary and junior high schools,which have the qualification to train football reserve talents,are investigated by questionnaire.This paper mainly analyzes their attitudes and opinions on students' football learning from the two angles of physical teachers and parents,and finds problems as far as possible from their answers so as to better solve the problem of cultivating reserve talents for campus football.In the third part,through the questionnaire analysis,it found that the national and local,school,society,parents,athletes and other factors will affect the campus football reserve personnel training.In order to provide theoretical support for the cultivation of reserve talents of campus football in China,this paper probes into the countermeasures to enhance the comprehensive ability of reserve talents in campus football respectively from the government level of investment and policy support,strengthen the training and construction of youth football coaches,stimulate social forces to participate in the training of campus football reserve personnel by using the comprehensive analysis method.
