Open Educational Resources are a shared resource that students can use for free.The emergence of a large number of Open Educational Resources provides a new opportunity for college students to learn.From the perspective of research and practice on open educational resources in recent years,although domestic and international efforts to build and promote Open Educational Resources,it provides a good self-learning environment for students,but the utilization rate of open education resources is not high,and the effect of using open education resources for independent learning is not satisfactory.Therefore,how to make college students use the open educational resources in combination with the actual situation and achieve good learning results is worth studying.In order to improve the self-regulated learning effect of college students using open education resources and environment,a questionnaire was designed based on the preliminary analysis to investigate the current self-regulated learning situation of college students and the use of open education resources.Based on autonomous learning model of open education resources,the model on the basis of Open Education Resources environment,support for students learning,including learning content and learning environment,the basic process of the model is:determine the goal(question,problem decomposition),knowledge construction(strategy selection,deep learning),summary and reflection(sharing,communication,evaluation).The model emphasizes that students should improve the skills of resource collection and enhance the ability to identify the availability of open education resources.On the basis of reflective learning,students should adopt the method of continuous cycle and iteration to learn,so as to promote students to think deeply and finally achieve the goal of problem solving.The model based on Open Educational Resources is practiced in teaching to verify its effectiveness.The students in the course of "Learning Technology and Application in the Information Age" were selected as the case implementation objects.and the students'learning results and self-learning process were evaluated.It was found that the students used the model to learn better,and the students were determining the problem.The ability to plan,monitor reflection,resource management,learning strategies,and learning effects has been greatly improved.It can be seen that the self-regulated learning model based on Open Educational Resources can improve the learning effect of students to a certain extent,and is conducive to promoting students'independent learning.Through the whole research,in the information age,students learn to use the Open Educational Resources Environment to optimize the independent learning process,and integrate the information in the resources into their own wisdom,which is an important way to improve the independent learning effect.
