With the continuous development of the new curriculum reform,new learning methods,such as self-regulated learning,cooperative learning and inquiry learning,have been deeply rooted in the hearts of the teachers.At present,how to improve the students' self-regulated learning ability effectively has become one of the most concerned topics of educators.Senior high school students is approaching maturity in psychology,and the consciousness of autonomy,self-management,self-monitoring and self-evaluation is increasing day by day,which is the best period to cultivate individual self-regulated learning ability.The classroom as the main stage of educational activities,should also take the responsibility to cultivate high school students' self-regulated learning ability.In order to promote the development of senior high school students' self-regulated learning ability,it is urgent to reform the traditional teaching mode.This thesis construct a teacher-directed teaching mode through combing the self-regulated learning theory and research results,and on the basis of the situation of Zhengzhou NO.S High School.Then put forward some specific strategies on improving the new teaching model.Teacher-directed teaching mode is a teaching mode that take students as the leading actors in the classroom,students learn independently under the guidance of teachers in accordance with the four modules namely "problem oriented,independent learning,interactive display,and feedback to organize the classroom.The main contents of this paper are:First,through systematically combing the domestic and foreign research on selfregulated learning,we found that the focus of their study is mainly on the definition of self-regulated learning,influencing factors,theoretical basis,learning model.But research from the aspect of teaching management or school practice is few,and this provides a basis for the topic of this thesis.Second,explain the main characteristics and theoretical basis of teacher-directed teaching mode,which takes "Inquiry Learning" as the main learning method,focusing on students' self-regulated learning process.Third,explain the teacher-directed teaching mode in Zhengzhou NO.S High schoool from "discovery problems,school discussion" to "establish the new teaching model.Fourth,launched in Zhengzhou NO.S High Schoool through questionnaires and interviews,found that the proportion of students that make significant progress on choosing learning content,learning time arrangement and management plan and take the initiative to seek help consciousness after learn in the guidance of teacher-directed teaching modeis large.And the proportion is small on students' learning motivation and learning method.Fifth,find out the problems in the implementation effect of teacher-directed teaching mode in Zhengzhou NO.S High Schoool from the result of the survey,and then analyze the causes of the problems from three levels,including school,teachers and students.Sixth,put forward targeted improvement strategy according to the fifth part.
