In recent years,the development of educational aesthetics in China has entered a new stage from scale to quality.The ultimate goal of the research on the teaching design of moral and rule of law course from the perspective of educational aesthetics is to improve the practical effect of moral and rule of law education,so that moral and rule of law education can better conform to the basic law of teaching and the purpose of the healthy development of junior high school students' personality.In the teaching design of moral and rule of law course,under the guidance of educational aesthetics,teachers should fully expand the aesthetic education resources of moral and rule of law course,enrich the teaching content of moral and rule of law course,so as to improve the effectiveness of students' moral and rule of law accomplishment.This is not only the inherent requirement of classroom reform of moral and rule of law course in junior middle school,but also the need of self-improvement of moral and rule of law teachers in junior middle school.The first part is an overview of the relevant theories.By summarizing the principles that should be followed in the teaching design of moral and rule of law course from the perspective of aesthetics,educational aesthetics,instructional design and educational aesthetics,readers can get a preliminary understanding of what aesthetics is and what concepts this study is based on.The second part is the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the teaching design of moral and rule of law from the perspective of educational aesthetics.This part elaborates the necessity and feasibility of the teaching design of moral and rule of law from three aspects respectively.Through this part of the discussion,let the necessity and feasibility of this study be implemented.The third part is a concrete analysis of the teaching design of moral and rule of law course from the perspective of educational aesthetics.This paper expounds the teaching design of moral and rule of law course from the perspective of educational aesthetics from three aspects: lesson preparation,classroom and the beauty of reflection.This paper analyses and demonstrates the beauty of the teaching design of moral and rule of law course from the perspective of educational aesthetics from multiple perspectives of cases.The fourth part is the analysis of the matters needing attention in the teaching design of moral and rule of law course from the perspective of educational aesthetics.This paper elaborates on the matters needing attention in the teaching design of moral and rule of law course from the perspective of educational aesthetics from three aspects.Practice has proved that the teaching design of moral and rule of law course from the perspective of teaching aesthetics not only enhances students' interest in learning moral and rule of law course,improves students' innovative thinking ability and aesthetic quality,but also makes teaching reach a state of beauty,freedom and harmony.In the long run,it has certain reference significance for the improvement of the quality and ability of teachers,for the overall improvement of junior high school students' academic literacy,and for students to establish correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.
