Research On Team Incentive Mechanism Optimization Of Junior Middle School Teachers In Jc Middle School

The education system of Junior high school plays an essential part in the whole system of National Education.The students received the preschool education and the primary education without any trouble.However,when they enter the junior high school,they find things are very different.Whether they can enter a better senior high school all depends on the grades in eight fields including PE.Therefore,varieties of anxiety and pressure caused by grades from students and their families will be poured into junior high school and the teachers.The teacher by himself is unable to help work out.But the teacher team can.The teacher team has its own advantages in different ways.First,teacher members from all subjects can help students a lot.Besides,teacher members are of all ages,which can be aimed to different students.Moreover,teacher members can help students through the team effort.The teacher team is obviously beneficial to the students and the families.Thus the performance appraisal to the teacher teams needs effective efforts.As we know,the achievements gained from educating must endure a long period.They are made by teachers not only in working time but also after-work time.If teacher teams are simply motivated like other professionals,it will be not suitable.In the thesis,the problems above were discussed in four aspects.First,the characters on teacher teams were analyzed according to the basic theories on team works.Second,the motivational mechanism situations about teacher teams in JC middle school were discovered by the survey among teachers in school.Then,varieties of demonstration research and theoretical analysis on the motivational mechanisms on teacher teams in sample schools around the country were absorbed.And last,compared with the motivational mechanisms in sample schools,the motivational mechanisms on teacher teams in JC middle school were put forward based on the school its own situation.
