Education in the 21st century is a dynamic system incorporating individual teacher responsibility and team cooperation. Building up a middle school classroom teacher team will not only greatly enhance the work efficiency and improve the class management, but also benefit the middle school development.The Author performed a research on the classroom teacher team building for a first grade middle school class using questionnaires, face-to-face surveys, and personal observations. The thesis developed key principles for team organization and optimization by integrating classroom teachers with diverse backgrounds and different skill sets into a culture that emphasizes cross-functional cooperation and personal responsibility for effective team work. In addition, the thesis examined lead teacher's leadership style and technical skills, reward system, team work, effective communication, and performance evaluation from a variety of perspectives and summarized strategies to strengthen the team work efficiency.
