This article is about the performance of the background,director of the team construction and incentive mechanism of the special research work,the author choose Suzhou Wujiang city the second middle school and the first middle school as the research sample,adopts questionnaire survey,case interviews and other research methods,respectively from the teacher in charge structure,the head teacher team construction,the school reward mechanism,etc.,discusses the performance work background,director of the team construction and incentive mechanisms building problem.This paper attempts to construct a practical paradigm of how to strengthen the team building of head teachers in the context of performance,so as to provide a practical model and practical experience for the team building of off-duty head teachers in the new situation.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper introduces the reason of topic selection and research significance,explains the research content,ideas and methods,and explains the core concepts involved in the research.The second part elaborates the new characteristics of headteacher work under the background of performance incentive mechanism.This paper discusses the new characteristics and requirements of the headteacher work in the context of performance from the aspects of the dilemma faced by moral education,the daily working status of the headteacher,the pressure of the headteacher study and scientific research,and the actual effect of the headteacher’s training.The third part selects two public schools in Shengze town,Wujiang district,Suzhou city to investigate the status quo of headteacher team construction.Through preliminary analysis and verification of the current school headteacher work and team construction problems.The fourth part discusses the performance of the head teacher team construction building incentive mechanism,this paper expounds the construction of teacher in charge the basic principles of performance incentive mechanism,and from strengthening the propaganda and mobilization set up the correct view of the teacher in charge,change the consciousness to improve the service level of management,and strengthen the incentives to enhance professional happiness,promoting the teacher in charge level of business development and improve the system of the teacher in charge work assessment and management in five aspects,such as the specific measures are put forward.
