At present,It is common known that freshmen have difficulty in adapting themselves to college new life,and more and more people have showed great concern over it.Specially,Relevant scholars found that if freshmen cannot build up the interpersonal relationship in University better,they may confront with some communication barriers,bad dormitory relations,even they will be difficult to get along with him or her and other phenomena.There are even media reports homicide incidents,jumping events and so on,due to improper handling of dormitory relations.Because these incidents are frequently reported in the media,the study of College Students' interpersonal relationship adaptation has become a top priority in college education.Firstly,this paper investigates the interpersonal adaptability of Freshmen in Communist Qingcheng X College,and choose students from any four classes to conduct questionnaires and interviews.The result shows that the freshmen in this college are basically 18-19 years old,and most of them have obstacle to integrating with the university,even some of them have serious interpersonal communication barriers.In response to the survey results,the author selected seven students with interpersonal adaptation problems to carry out follow-up group work intervention.With the help of hierarchy of needs,environmental adaptation and "mirror me" theory,six group activities such as ice-breaking activities are carried out to enable team members to accept themselves,enhance their sense of belonging and improve their ability to solve problems.At the same time,help group members in cognitive,behavioral changes have been greater,and communication skills have also been improved.Therefore,it is effective for group work to intervene in freshmen with interpersonal adaptation problems in X College.Of course,in order to help freshmen establish healthy and positive interpersonal adaptation network,they can better integrate into University life,as social workers,we should help them improve their interpersonal adaptability from multiple dimensions.Specifically,social workers can integrate social resources,coordinate the relationship between schools and social work organizations,and use professional methods to conduct one-on-one counseling.At the same time,schools,teachers and parents should work together to help and care for students,so that they can fit into the new surroundings smoothly and better integrate into University life.
