The Group Work Involved The Research On The Interpersonal Adaptation Of College Freshmen

Because of the change of the environment,new students who have just entered the university will have a series of non-adaptation,especially the problem of interpersonal adaptation.Good interpersonal relationship can promote college students to deepen their self-awareness,cultivate good personality and maintain physical and mental health.Therefore,it is of great significance to solve the problem of interpersonal adaptation of Freshmen.This study selects freshmen of Grade 2017 from three colleges of S University as research samples,including the college of economics,the college of Humanities and the college of materials science and engineering.In this study,questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate the current interpersonal adaptation and influencing factors of college freshmen.It is concluded that the general level of interpersonal adaptation of freshmen is general.Meanwhile,it is found that there are significant differences in interpersonal adaptation in terms of gender,family location,student leaders and family income.The interpersonal adaptation of boys is better than that of girls,the students from city is better than that of rural area,student leaders is better than that of non-student leaders,the students who have a family monthly income of higher than 5000 yuan are better than that of 5000 yuan.Based on the need to enhance the interpersonal adaptability of college freshmen,it is very necessary to conduct social work method intervention for freshmen's interpersonal adaptation problems.Through carrying out the six social group work,we intervened in the interpersonal adaptation of freshmen.It enables students to reconstruct cognition and reconstruct interpersonal communication system,and enhance their interpersonal adaptability.Some conclusions are drawn in this study1.Social group work has a good effect in solving interpersonal adaptation problems of freshmen.2.Social group work has significant effect in helping freshmen build trust and sense of security.3.Social group work can cultivate freshmen's sense of belonging and enhance team cohesion.4.Social group work is of great significance in improving freshmen's communication theory system and improving language expression ability.5.Social group work plays a role in interpreting differences of thinking and eliminating misunderstanding in communication.6.Social group work plays an important role in enabling freshmen to understand the importance of emotional management and explore how to vent their emotions.7.Social group work can help students reconstruct the cognitive system,promote their self-adjustment,transform the understanding of the group's experience to the new behavior,and explore new patterns of interpersonal adaptation.The group work cases presented in this paper may be relatively superficial,so on the basis of practice,there are some professional reflections.Although this group has achieved some results in the short term,it has improved the status of Freshmen's interpersonal adaptation,but its long-term effect is still worth thinking...
