Adolescence is an important period of the development of human life, is the best period of individual consciousness.Nowadays, young people are faced with many problems. Among them, the adaptation of interpersonal communication among the peer group of middle school students is one of the outstanding problems in the development of the physical and mental health of teenagers.Mainly manifested as cognitive bias, lack of initiative, self- centered.Related research shows that peer groups, interpersonal relations are not normal adolescents will result in short-term or long-term social adjustment problems, improve high school freshmen peer group interpersonal adaptation adverse significance.The author L City Z as learned during middle school counselor who started six classes, student peer groups, interpersonal awareness is weak, do not realize the importance of peer groups, interpersonal communication, resulting in interpersonal barriers, in the new environment has become one isolated individual.In this paper, based on social learning theory and cognitive behavioral theory as the theoretical support, the use of positive youth development plan(pre-First) and group counseling activities for high school freshmen peer group method interpersonal conduct practical research to adapt.Design from the "find companions" to "unity is strength" the four group activities.Help students build a life activity in the indispensable interpersonal consciousness, lets the student to recognize the importance of peer group interpersonal, overcome peer group interpersonal adjustment disorder, and to help high school freshmen in further adapt to the new school life.Practice shows that the growth of positive youth programs and community groups involved in the work of these two methods for high school freshmen peer groups to establish interpersonal awareness and skills upgrading have remarkable results.According to the practical research, the author puts forward four suggestions.First, strengthen peer group interaction circle; the second, calling on parents change evaluation system and encourage children to participate in social activities; third,in the school opened training courses for middle school students in peer group interpersonal adaptation; fourth, policy advocacy of quality education.
