Since 1966,UNESCO and the International Labor Organization have proposed that teachers should be regarded as specialized occupations,and the teachers' professional competence policies and the “Professional Standards for Secondary School Teachers(Trial)” issued by China have all shown improvement in teachers.The urgency of professional competence.In quality education,as one of the compulsory subjects of education and teaching in China,the Chinese subject has higher requirements for the professional ability of Chinese teachers under the influence of national policies.The professional ability of junior middle school Chinese teachers has improved the quality of Chinese education.It also has an important impact.However,there are relatively few studies related to the evaluation index system of junior high school Chinese teachers' professional ability.Therefore,it is not only able to fill the gaps in this aspect,but also to analyze the professional ability structure of junior middle school Chinese teachers.Research on this aspect also has important practical significance.This study uses literature research methods and expert survey methods.Through reviewing the relevant literatures at home and abroad,and according to the characteristics of the junior middle school language subject,the prototype of the junior high school Chinese teachers' professional ability evaluation index is formulated.After the guidance of the tutor,the preliminary junior high school Chinese teachers' professional ability evaluation index system is formed,including the three-level evaluation index.evaluation standard.Subsequently,the preliminary evaluation index system was compiled into the first round of expert opinion questionnaire,which was sent to 11 experts of Henan University by questionnaire and mail.After the first round of questionnaire recovery and statistical analysis,the content of the indicators was revised based on expert feedback.Subsequently,the revised evaluation index system will form a second round of expert opinion questionnaires,and the questionnaires will be distributed to 11 experts again.After the questionnaires are collected and statistically analyzed,the experts will be revised again according to the opinions of the experts.The revised evaluation index system was compiled again as a teacher questionnaire to conduct an opinion survey on 110 junior high school language teachers in Kaifeng,Henan Province,mainly focusing on the importance of evaluation indicators.After two rounds of expert questionnaire survey and one teacher questionnaire survey,a complete junior high school language teacher professional ability evaluation index system was formed,including the first,second and third grade evaluation indicators(evaluation criteria),weight coefficient and usage requirements.Through the steps of constructing evaluation indicators,the junior high school Chinese teachers' professional ability evaluation index system finally formed by this study consists of five first-level indicators,namely,teaching design,teaching implementation,education and teaching evaluation,communication and cooperation,reflection and development,and the ability to interpret the curriculum.There are 26 secondary indicators such as Chinese subject knowledge interpretation ability,56 three-level indicators(evaluation criteria),weight coefficients and evaluation indicators.The evaluation index system of junior high school Chinese teachers' professional ability formed by this research not only provides a basic framework for the evaluation of Chinese teachers' professional ability in junior high school,but also has certain reference significance for the formulation of teachers' professional ability evaluation index system in other disciplines.
