In the development of society, the consciousness of people today and thinking along with the development of society and changing, also emerged in all kinds of thoughts, In this context, PE teachers as a special profession, the healthy growth of the country next generation, this requires not only to have the PE teachers' professional skills, but also require a high moral quality, can better serve the cause for education.As a sports health practitioner of curriculum reform, the sports teacher plays an important role, how to correct concept, objective and accurate, comprehensive evaluation,through the evaluation to promote PE teachers' improvement work,this is a big problem. therefore, this study tries to advanced foreign teacher evaluation system "its essence", because the appropriate introduction to the evaluation of physical education teachers in China, through questionnaire, literature study, expert interview and mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods of junior high school PE teachers' professional quality evaluation index system of the contents, methods and theory research. and from the Angle of the professional quality of the PE teachers, will be divided into professional morality and professional abilities from two aspects, designed a set of junior middle school sports can reflect the quality of teachers' professional ability and professional moral quality aspects of comprehensive quality of the evaluation index system and operation scale.This research has theoretical and practical value of the two aspects of meaning, specific as follows:First, from the content of complete and comprehensive as possible, from the structure, it is distinct primary operation simple and effective, thus, correct, complete the objective of junior middle school sports teacher is evaluated, fully embody the comprehensive ability of teachers, also on physical education teaching reform and the implementation of P.E. curriculum has certain reference function theory, also on other subjects for teachers' evaluation index system, establish and implement provide certain reference value.Second, the junior middle school sports teachers' professional quality evaluation index system is a body modern education evaluation theory,can the reasonable evaluation of junior middle school sports teacher's comprehensive quality. The comprehensive evaluation of teachers of junior middle school sports teachers from professional ability and professional morality and classroom teaching several aspects of its comprehensive evaluation, the evaluation for teachers is outstanding, for the purpose of development. Also the paper constructs the evaluation index system of evaluation body is by competent leadership, teachers, colleagues and students four groups, embodies the multiplication of evaluation of junior middle school sports teacher, can a multi-angle comprehensive evaluation. Finally, this paper constructed the junior middle school sports teachers' professional quality evaluation index system for teachers to other subjects in the evaluation index system, establish and implement provide the beneficial reference.
