At present,with the rapid development of science and technology,countries all over the world never relax their emphasis on developing distinctive and high-level higher education while developing their economy and competition,so as to cultivate high-tech talents and take the lead in the international competition.China has always attached great importance to the development of higher education.According to the outline of the national plan for medium-and long-term education reform and development(2010-2020),which was reviewed and adopted by the state council,"By 2020,a number of internationally renowned and high-level institutions of higher learning with distinctive features should be established,and some of them should be at or near the level of world-class universities.The international competitiveness of higher education should be significantly enhanced." Although there is no agreement on the evaluation standard of "world-class university",the first-class faculty is an important guarantee to achieve this goal.The outline also stressed that by 2020,the construction of university staff should be strengthened,including: to build a high-level talent team,strengthen the reform of the evaluation and incentive mechanism of university teachers,improve the professional level of teachers and the status and treatment of teachers.In order to comply with the call of national policies and to standardize and reform the performance salary system in colleges and universities,all colleges and universities and all sectors of society have developed an interest in the salary system implemented by colleges and universities.In the process of the reform of performance-based pay in colleges and universities,people pay much attention to the design and implementation of performance-based pay system.How to design the merit pay system largely depends on the basis of its performance evaluation.How to define the evaluation basis should be related to the actual development status and development goals of colleges and universities--should the development of colleges and universities focus on teaching or scientific research? Whether to strengthen the construction of professional administrative management team? Whether to invest in the training of young and middle-aged teachers? These different development policies and goals all depend on the university performance salary system to help and achieve.Different development emphases need to establish different dimensions of performance evaluation basis.This paper attempts to analyze the factors that affect the salary of university staff and workers,and to calculate the influence of different factors on salary through data research and analysis.Through the analysis and ranking of wage influencing factors,this paper provides some research data for determining the basis of performance wage evaluation in colleges and universities.Innovations of this paper:1.Based on the study of colleges and universities with developing and imperfect performance salary system.It can serve as a warning and reference for similar universities2.Through the research on the objective and internal factors in the salary influencing factors,reflect on whether the influence of these factors on teachers' own development is to restrict or promote3.On the basis of data analysis,this paper studies the actual salary data of colleges and universities in the past three years,which provides data support for the study of the influencing factors of wages and better explains the rationality and practicability of the design of influencing factors of college and university staff salaries...
