In recent years, there have been more and more researches aimed at cultivating students' mathematics learning ability. Many educational scholars tend to improve students' mathematics learning ability by cultivating students' mathematical thinking ability.Reflection is an important way of thinking, thinking about thinking, and cognition.Reflection is based on the content involved in the process of thinking activities, review and analysis of results and strategies, gaining experience and facilitating the smooth progress of mathematics learning activities.Reflective ability is one of the qualities necessary for the sustainable development of students in the 21 st century. It is an indispensable part of students' learning mathematics.Through reading the literature,it is found that :some junior high school students currently have a learning phenomenon in the process of learning mathematics,a learning phenomenon that is wrong when used, and a learning phenomenon that can be forgotten and difficult to use it;At the same time, there is a general phenomenon of weak reflective consciousness, lack of reflective methods, and lack of reflective ability. The reason is that the development of reflective ability of junior high school students' mathematics learning is not ideal. In order to understand the reasons for the phenomenon of junior high school students, this paper investigates the current situation of mathematics reflection ability of junior high school students, analyzes the factors affecting the mathematics reflection ability of junior high school students, and puts forward several suggestions for improving the mathematics reflection ability of junior high school students, hoping to promote Students develop reflective abilities and improve their mathematical literacy.Firstly, sorts out the domestic and international reflections and the development of mathematical reflections,on the basis of this, defines the related concepts of mathematical reflection and discusses the theoretical basis related to reflection(meta-cognition theory, constructivism theory, multiple intelligence theory).Secondly, some teachers and students from the 13 th Middle School of N City are selected as research objects.Through questionnaires, interviews and other research methods, they are divided into five aspects: teachers' reflective consciousness, teaching concept, teaching design, teaching content and teaching evaluation. The reflection consciousness, reflection habit, reflection content, reflection mode and reflection effect have studied the status quo of teachers and students' mathematics reflection ability, and obtained relevant conclusions:(1)Some teachers lack the awareness of deep reflection and fail to truly understand the meaning of reflection;(2)Teachers have less content in reflection in teaching, the frequency of guiding students to reflect in the classroom is lower, the lack of communication reflection in teaching design, and no positive reflection on students;(3)Students' reflective consciousness and reflective self-consciousness are poor, lack the ability of think independently;(4)Students fail to develop the habit of active reflection, and the way of reflection is single, lacking the perseverance of reflection;(5)Students fail to reflect better before class, during class, after class, and lack of reflection. Finally, based on the conclusions of the analysis questionnaire, the factors affecting the mathematics reflection ability of junior high school students are deeply studied. The strategies for improving the mathematics reflection ability of junior high school students are proposed from three aspects:(1)Cultivate students' awareness of mathematics reflection ability;(2)Develop students' reflective ability from mathematics lectures and problem solving;(3)Put forward more specific methods for questionnaire students' reflection problems.
