At present,many high school students are under pressure from the college entrance examination to pay too much attention to exam results,in order to improve the academic performance,some students spend a lot of time and energy,but the phenomenon of "input" and "output" is not proportional and the learning efficiency is low,a large part of this is due to the fact that students lack independent thinking and active reflection in the learning process.The cultivation of mathematical thinking ability is the emphasis of the new curriculum,reflection is a kind of mathematical thinking ability,and it is the process of reviewing,analyzing,digesting and mastering the results of the study.Therefore,cultivating students' reflective ability will be an indispensable part of classroom teaching in high school mathematics teaching.The author investigates the current situation of mathematics reflection ability of M middle school students in Guyuan city.It is found that some of these students did not develop a good reflective habit,lack of reflective methods and initiatives,although most teachers have a good sense of reflection,they lack the methods and strategies to guide students in reflective learning.This is mainly influenced by traditional culture,but also the reasons for teachers and students themselves.Therefore,the author puts forward the following teaching strategies based on the research methods of literature research and investigation,it mainly starts from the teacher guidance and the student individual two aspects: teachers should actively guide students in reflective learning,to reveal the formation of knowledge,emphasize class summary,strengthen the guidance of problem solving,use mind mapping;students should also improve their reflective ability through their own efforts,for example,the cultivation of reflective ability by using the problem and the wrong topic,learning to reflect in mathematical communication,enhancing reflection perseverance.Basing on the relevant reflection theory and concept,to discuss the role of the rethinking thought in the teaching process,and the practical significance of the reflection ability of middle school students in the process of mathematics learning,on the basis of this,a teaching strategy suitable for the region is put forward.To cultivate students' reflective ability,teachers must first make changes as subjects: teachers' "teaching" and "learning" of students are an interactive teaching process,which constitutes the basic elements of classroom teaching.Namely,developing teachers and developing students in one course.
