CBA Draft Status And Countermeasure Study

This article mainly through semi-structured in-depth interviews with 24 interviewees of CBA draft organizers,clubs and athletes,as well as the number of candidates for the three types of athletes in the CBA draft,the number of selected players,the appearance rate of rookie athletes and appearances.Time and other data were analyzed and compared.The research content of this thesis is divided into two parts: the current situation of CBA draft and the development strategy of CBA draft.The first part describes and summarizes the current situation of CBA drafts in the past four years through the analysis of the organizers,clubs and athletes.This part contains a summary of the advantages and disadvantages of the current CBA draft.On this basis,the paper summarizes the problems existing in the current situation of CBA selection,and proposes problems through two methods: First,discover many phenomena through the data in the current situation,and explain the problems behind the phenomenon through interviews and logic analysis;Find problems directly through interviews and analyze the reasons behind them.The second part is based on the first part,and proposes the development strategy of the CBA draft.It is a further analysis and explanation of the reasons behind the problems indicated in the first part.conclusion as below:First,the CBA draft organizer made many revisions and improvements to the details of the Draft Method during the four-time draft,and achieved certain results in the past four years.The club selected enthusiasm for Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan and NBL athletes in the draft,and the enthusiasm for college athletes and CBA clubs.The selected athletes are used at a lower rate in the team.Second,the current situation of the CBA draft has the following problems: There is a communication barrier between the club and the athletes in the CBA draft.It is mainly caused by three reasons: time conflict,less trial training opportunities,short training camp time,and NBL club retention talents.The CBA draft's lack ofincentives for athletes is mainly caused by the lower expected expectations of the selected athletes,resulting in lower expectations and lower target salaries.College students' adaptation problems and age are issues.The adaptation problem is mainly caused by the large gap between CUBA and CBA in terms of competition and training intensity.In addition,the average age of college players participating in the draft is much higher than the average age of CBA players entering the professional league.Third,the development strategy of CBA draft: Do a good job in marketing and enhance media cooperation.Including the propaganda marketing and media cooperation of the drafting activities themselves to do well the athletes' marketing and media cooperation.Establish a sound communication channel and enhance cooperation and exchange between CBA and NBL.This requires the CBA draft organizers to coordinate the draft time,enhance the communication between the club and the athletes,and enhance the cooperation and communication between CBA and NBL.3 Improve the quality of talents of college students,mainly to solve the conflict between college players and professional leagues.In addition,we must improve the training and competition quality of college players.Fourth,improve the draft system and achieve nesting functions.It is necessary to implement the relevant institutional measures for the training fee and to interface with the contract law.In addition,as the organizer,it is necessary to introduce more incentive policies to guide clubs and athletes to participate and achieve nesting functions.
