Research On The Draft System Of CBA League

This study uses the methods of literature,interview,mathematical statistics,video observation and comparative analysis to analyze the current situation and problems of CBA selection system,taking the CBA selection system as the subject,this paper discusses the influence of the CBA draft system on the cultivation of reserve talents,and provides theoretical reference for perfecting the CBA draft system,promoting the integration of sports and education,cultivating the reserve talents of basketball players,and establishing the steady rising channel of players.The findings are as follows:1.The source of CBA’s draft is stable and gradually expanding.The draft system has been changed from upside down to lottery system,and the signing of seats is allowed to trade.All these reflect the rationalization of CBA.Trial Training and physical testing of players in the gradual standardization of the draft rules and procedures are gradually transparent and open.2.The number of previous candidates,the number of candidates and the proportion of candidates have increased,and more and more reserve talents have been absorbed by CBA.Among all previous rookies,class A and class B players are the largest group,while class C and class D players need to be further explored.The average age,height and weight of players and the Quetelet index are constantly approaching the average level of CBA to meet the requirements of CBA.The success rate of the draft is very low,which does not reach the expected result.3.The draft accelerates the exchange of reserve talents.For the training of rookies,the signing method is more standardized,the trainer and scout industry is gradually developing,and the subordinate League has trained some players.CBA is trying to enhance the club and player’s draft enthusiasm from multiple levels.But the player’s salary still needs to be improved,and the player’s property rights are still unclear.4.Draft system in all aspects of the continuous impact of basketball reserve talents,to play professional faith in their hearts.The aura of professional league is their training motivation.The attention of network media gives them great encouragement.5.The NBA draft system is more comprehensive and meticulous for the cultivation of reserve talents.High income ensures the life and training of players,and the division of trainer is clear.All star Rookie match and subordinate League and team training camp complete construction makes the players can continue to improve.Scouts constantly feed back players’ information to the team to make the right choice.
