The educational needs of the elderly in China are diversified,and the educational needs of the elderly are not effectively met.As China's aging is deepening,there are a large number of elderly people in China,and in the context of changes in the social environment,many educational needs have emerged.The development of community old-age education in our country started late,social participation is weak,lack of relevant resources to support,and it is difficult to meet the increasingly diversified educational needs of the elderly.This study is to study how social workers can effectively exert their professional advantages,engage in community old-age education services,promote the participation of social forces,and promote the"precision"of educational services,in the context of the inability of the elderly to meet the needs of diversified education.Meet the diverse educational needs'of the elderly.This study takes the elderly community education in W Community of Kunming as an example.Social workers use the forms of observation,interviews and questionnaires to explore the development of elderly education in W community.The author investigates the operation of the elderly education service in the W community and the participation of the elderly,and summarizes the current situation of the W community elderly education service.It is found that the W community old-age education has a single service,lacks the education needs of the elderly,lacks the support of relevant educational resources,and has low utilization rate of existing resources due to lack of understanding,participation of social forces,and professional workers.Based on the investigation and research of social workers,indirect intervention and direct intervention are used to intervene in community aged education services.Social workers play their role as resource linkers,and indirectly intervene in community old-age education services.Under the guidance of social ecosystem theory,they are guided by the needs of the diversified education of the elderly,fully mobilizing the initiative of grassroots governments and community elites,and developing The"focus on the internal resource network of the community and effectively link the external resources of the community" forms a resource platform that accurately connects the"demand-resources"and links all kinds of resources needed for the community old-age education service links.Through direct intervention,the role of social worker service provider is brought into play,and group work and community work are used to provide safety and health education services for the elderly,forming a study group for the elderly,realizing self-education and self-service for the elderly,and meeting the diversity of the elderly.Educational needs.Finally,social workers conduct practical interventions,clarify the role of social workers,and establish a demand-oriented service awareness,and further explore the effectiveness and limitations of social workers'interventions,and make corresponding suggestions and improve social work.Community old age education intervention services.
