Research On Social Worker Intervention Path Of Community Resource Mobilization

The development of a community is inseparable from the investment of resources.Community resources include physical resources,human resources,public resources,and organizational resources.In general,the more resources are invested,the more prosperous the community will be.At present,the channels for input to the community mainly come from government grants.The development of community social organizations and community services relies too much on government input,resulting in lack of initiative and flexibility in terms of activity expenditures and service coverage.These problems cannot be solved by the power of community neighborhood committees.Therefore,mobilizing community residents to integrate the scattered resources of the community and use it in community service has certain necessity.On the one hand,we will broaden the channels for resource input,and on the other hand,maintain the operation of community social organizations or the development of public services,so as to achieve sustainable development of community services.The focus of this paper is to explore how to mobilize community resources and transform community resources into community charities to innovate new paths for community services.Three main issues are discussed:first,how to mobilize local residents to form community social organizations to collect community resources;second,how community resources are converted into public welfare funds;and third,how public welfare funds can maintain community operations and provide public welfare services.This paper takes the "Yangfan Fund Public Welfare" project as the research object,and uses the methods of interviewing,literature analysis and case analysis to try to explain the action logic of the research object and the real development dilemma of the community with the theory of "resource mobilization".Based on this,through the in-depth investigation of community clerk,project responsible social worker,community leader and community members in this case,the specific action process of the "Yangfan Fund Public Welfare" project was discussed.It also analyzes how community workers can give community social organizations a set of scientific expertise,integrate the scattered resources of the community,and convert resources into public welfare funds or public welfare services in the form of public welfare crowdfunding.These public welfare funds and public welfare services are ultimately used in community services.Finally,in the community funding channels increased,the community social organization capacity improved;the community's voluntary service supply has achieved substantial results in three aspects.The social worker's intervention provided the concept and technical support for the whole project,and summed up a community resource from the community resource action subject,the resident service point exchange,the community public welfare fund management supervision,and the service supply multi-party strength.A practical path for community resource mobilization can be replicated.
