| With the widespread popularity of basketball and the continuous acceleration of the game rhythm,the advent of the "small,fast,and flexible" basketball era has put forward new requirements for the quality of displacement speed.Foreign studies have proved that gluteal activation exercises before the game can improve athletes’ performance and produce a "post-activation enhancement effect".Gluteal activation exercises have been popularized in the training programs of all teams,and most of the domestic basketball special warm-up methods retain the traditional warm-up And there are few studies on gluteal muscle activation.There are only a few empirical studies on gluteal muscle activation,which mostly point to skill-led antagonistic sports.There are almost no related studies on gluteal muscle activation and basketball specific speed quality.Research significance: At present,there are few domestic studies on gluteal muscle activation,and there are only a few empirical studies on gluteal muscle activation,which mostly point to skill-led antagonistic sports events,while the related research on gluteal muscle activation in basketball is flexing.Count,research purpose: This article explores whether the gluteal muscle activation exercise can improve the displacement speed index of basketball students,and whether the traditional warm-up and gluteal muscle activation exercise instead of warm-up have the same effect on the displacement speed ability of basketball students.Research method: In this paper,literature,expert interviews,experiments,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.Wuhan Institute of Physical experiment selected20 basketball special students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group used gluteal muscle activation to warm up,and the control group performed traditional bare-hand exercises.The rest of the two groups remained the same.After 2 months of teaching basketball special training courses,the experimental group and the control group test data before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed within and between groups.The results of the study showed: 1.Glute muscle activation exercises improve the overall performance of basketball students’ half-squat jump,including instantaneous speed off the ground,It has obvious effect to improve the concentric contraction ability of the lower extremity muscles and accelerate the energy conversion in the displacement speed.2.Glute muscle activation exercises improve the overall performance of basketball students’ squat and jump,including instantaneous speed off the ground,improving the rapid expansion of lower limb muscles,coordinating the upper and lower limb power chain,efficiently integrating the energy transmission efficiency of the whole body,and accelerating the energy on the displacement speed The conversion has obvious effects.3.Gluteal muscle activation exercises to enhance the overall performance basketball special students of lower extremity Y balance test,improve core stability torso,leg support during the displacement process,enhance the stability of the spine and pelvis,and reduce the risk of sports injuries due to instability of the center of gravity.4.Glute muscle activation exercises improve the comprehensive scores of the basketball students’ displacement speed test,improve the quality of displacement speed,including rapid change of direction,straight line acceleration,sliding step,back,longitudinal displacement and arc running ability,and optimize the teaching of basketball skills and tactics.effect.5.Glute muscle activation exercises have no obvious effect on the maximum force index of squat jump and the speed index of four-corner sprint running. |
