Purpose: This article aims to explore the role and impact of different exercise interventions on Female type A lower cross syndrome patient,aiming to find a reasonable and effective exercise intervention program to improve existing health problems in sedentary people.Method: 30 Female teachers and students with symptoms of type A lower cross syndrome in Peking University were selected as experimental subjects and divided into three groups: Fitness Group(n=10),Fascia Group(n=10),and Fitness Plus Fascia Group(n=10).All the subjects accept specific intervention for 4 weeks with 3 times per week.Fitness Group used strength exercise intervention program to strengthen hip and abdominal muscles,and Fascia Group used myofascial release intervention to release the quadriceps and erector spinae.Fitness Plus Fascia Group used muscle strength combined with myofascial release intervention program.Result: After 4 weeks' intervention,the Fitness Group,Fascia Group and Fitness Plus Fascia Group show significant reduce in pelvic anterior tilt angle;the Fitness Group and Fitness Plus Fascia Group show significant improvement in hip and abdominal strength;the Fascia Group and Fitness Plus Fascia Group show significant increase in flexibility.There is significant difference among the Fitness Group,Fascia Group and Fitness Plus Fascia Group.The hip and abdominal strength have significant difference between the Fitness Group and Fitness Plus Fascia Group after intervention.The flexibility has significant difference between the Fascia Group and Fitness Plus Fascia Group.The rest comparison shows no significance.Conclusion: The fitness and bodybuilding training can decrease the female pelvic anterior tile posture on type A lower cross syndrome patients through improvement of the hip and abdominal strength.The myofascial training intervention can reduce the pelvic anterior tile posture on type A lower cross syndrome patients through the increase of flexibility of erector spinae.The fitness and bodybuilding training combined with the myofascial training intervention can decrease the female pelvic anterior tile posture on type A lower cross syndrome patients through improvement of the hip and abdominal strength with flexibility of erector spinae,the effect is better than each single intervention.
