| With the continuous development of the society, the human lifestyle has undergone great changes.Sitting in front of the computer for a long time and looking down at the mobile phone have changed the bone structure of the human body, resulting in the imbalance of muscle tension and various abnormal body posture. In daily life, female college students in colleges and universities, including chest, hunchback, head before the phenomenon is common, these abnormal posture will not only affect our personal image, but also have a great impact on our physical and mental health. Objective:based on the front, back and side view photos, this paper makes a quantitative and comprehensive assessment of female college students’ standing posture.Through data analysis, this paper aims to understand the abnormal body posture characteristics of female college students. The effective method to correct supra-cross syndrome was studied by 8-week exercise intervention experiment. Methods: the methods of literature, questionnaire, test, experiment and mathematical statistics were used to evaluate the postures of 105 female college students in henan normal university.Five students with supra were recruited for 6 weeks of exercise intervention training.Results:(1)The head position characteristics show the front view head horizontal alignment phenomenon and 12% 23% head leaning over the head tilted to the right, showed 49% of those tested the strakes is entered different degree posture, shoulder posture characteristics show the front view of the shoulder horizontal arrangement asymmetry,of which 12% of tilt to the left of the shoulders,39% is leaning to the right shoulder; The 45% round shoulder posture is the severe abnormal shoulder posture characteristic in the side view.Valgus and elevation of the right shoulder scapula are seen in the rear view. The torso showed more of a rightward tilt(33%).The postural features of the front view of the pelvis are horizontally aligned with a 23% tilt to the left and a 27% tilt to the right. The postural features of the lower limbs were abnormal Q Angle, presenting 12% genu valgus and 22% genu valgus postures, which resulted in the deviation of the body force line. The long and short leg features are characterized by 7% tibial nodules arranged horizontally and not in parallel.(2)After 8 weeks of exercise intervention training, all the5 students who participated in the experiment showed significant improvement in superior cross syndrome. In the front view, the tilt Angle of head posture tends to 0 °,high and low shoulder posture also has significant improvement, and both sides of shoulder tend to balance. In the side view, the head forward Angle and the round shoulder Angle are within the standard range. In the rear view,LLY and ZY aligned their shoulder blades horizontally at an Angle close to 0 °after the intervention.Although LLF,ZLY and MXY did not reach the standard range after exercise intervention, they also had significant changes.ZY,LLF,ZLY and MXY all had the same inclination of right scapula, which was significantly improved after 6weeks of exercise intervention and gradually moved towards the neutral position of scapula. Conclusion :(1)Abnormal body posture is a common problem among female college students, among which upper cross syndrome is a high incidence of abnormal posture among female college students. In the head posture, the head tilts forward and tilts forward with frequency. The shoulder posture shows the same high incidence of round shoulders and high and low shoulders abnormal posture; The pelvis shows greater instability;Other head horizontal alignment, acromion horizontal alignment, anterior superior iliac spine horizontal alignment, and trunk horizontal alignment are all more right-leaning.This body posture change may be related to asymmetrical muscular strength, scoliosis,or pelvic tilt.(2)The combination of8-week breathing pattern, manipulation release, traction, core training, weak chain activation, intensive training and relaxation can significantly improve the upper cross syndrome. While correcting the abnormal body posture,it also promotes the balance between the two sides of the body muscles and the return of the body posture to the neutral position, which also has a good effect on the prevention of the upper cross syndrome. |
