The study of teachers' knowledge structure is mainly based on the cognitive level of teachers to research the relationship between knowledge and teaching,which is likely to result in the lack of teachers' personal knowledge or teacher knowledge of the students'eyes.Therefore,this paper combed the relevant theoretical research on the teacher's knowledge structure.In order to make the role of teachers' knowledge structure work better in the professional development of teachers,it is necessary to understand the current situation of teachers' knowledge structure.The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part:First of all,the current situation investigation discussed the existing status of the teacher's knowledge structure.And it started from two aspects,one is from the whole perspective to analyze all the knowledge that teachers actually had,the other is from the perspective of dynamic pedagogical content knowledge construction.Next,this article used the questionnaire survey method and took teachers from primary and secondary school in Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province as the survey respondents,investigating the function,organization,integrity and development of the teacher's knowledge structure.The second part:Study found that the problems existing in the current teacher's knowledge structure mainly manifested four aspects.From the perspective of function,it shows that the weakening of the relationship between the different distances of the teacher's knowledge structure and the versatility of the knowledge structure leads to the decline of the openness of the structure.From the organizational point of view,subject knowledge as the organizational basis led to the simplification of structural model,which reduced the radiation effect of the teacher's knowledge structure center on the periphery.On the whole,the teacher's knowledge structure had the problem of the disconnection between theory and practice,the subjective knowledge and the auxiliary knowledge.Different teachers' knowledge development was not balanced,mainly due to the lag of the development of cutting-edge knowledge,general cultural knowledge and lack of tacit knowledge.The third part:First of all,based on the knowledge and application of teacher knowledge,the paper analyzed the reasons for the above problems.Then,on the basis of clarifying the development requirements of teachers' knowledge structure,the paper analyzed the composition of teachers' knowledge structure in detail and constructed the corresponding development model.Finally,this paper reckoned that the optimization of teachers' knowledge structure should be carried out from five aspects.Firstly,through the reconstruction of the open subject knowledge system in both form and content,the teacher's knowledge base is indirectly improved.Secondly,to promote the transformation and integration of different knowledge of teachers through the construction of knowledge of generative subjects.Thirdly,to enhance the integrity of teachers' knowledge structure by enhancing teachers'self-awareness and application of knowledge.Fourthly,to expand teacher's knowledge horizon through the renewal of educational concepts and the use of educational technology.Fifthly,to implement teacher knowledge and promote the transformation of personal knowledge into teaching knowledge.
