Teacher criticism is the more common form of communication between teachers and students in education activity,Junior middle school students are the group who are in the important development period both physically and psychologically,teachers need to be cautious when in criticizing,both to ensure the educational,and try to avoid harm to the physical and mental health of students,is now facing the double pressure of teaching,teachers in the use of criticism often cannot achieve rational criticism education effect,In order to explore the current situation of critical terms used by middle school teachers in wuhan and to intervene,the following schemes were designed in this study.This study,through field observation and questionnaire research into campus way of investigation about the present situation of teacher criticism behavior,collect the teacher criticized the high-frequency scenarios and common forms of expression,again according to the theory of behaviorism strengthen and prepare online training topic on the basis of harmonious communication theory,training teachers to use the appropriate way to criticism of students,has obtained the certain effect.A study to investigate junior high school teachers criticism language status using literature method,observation method and questionnaire method,through the literature study to determine the focus of the theoretical framework of the research and investigation,using the questionnaire survey in the middle school in wuhan city status quo of the carding wuhan city junior high school teachers'criticism on teacher criticism often occur in academics,discipline,personal life three big scenarios,and common language teacher criticism classified into ten types.Research two research results combined with literature study of the theoretical framework of summed up the effective teacher criticism principle,on the basis of the preparation of online interventions exercises,through the way of online,offline discussion to solve the problem of ten a gleam of junior high school teachers'criticism term intervention,to intervene in the questions correctly,the relationship between teachers and students scale back before and criticism term frequency table,results show that the intervention has obtained the certain effect.This paper clarifies the status quo through preliminary research and compiles intervention exercises,which provides a new paradigm for future teacher training.
