Criticism is a common language phenomenon which is widely existed in thepeople’s Verbal communication. In this study we will take the verbal criticism of thejunior high school teacher in charge as an object and then carry on a comprehensiveanalysis of the acceptable degree on it which will have great significance inimproving the artistic of verbal criticism of the teacher in charge and guiding theapplication practice using verbal criticism of the junior high school teacher in charge.In this paper, through the investigation on the verbal criticism of junior middleschool teacher, we sum up the basic categories of the verbal criticism of junior middleschool teacher, analysis the related factors of affecting the use of it and therelationship between the acceptable degree on the verbal criticism and the acceptancepsychology of the students. The main problem of the verbal criticism is vulgar,exaggerated and negative. And then we analysis the causes of it. In this study,according to the reality condition of it, we should follow the pertinence, respectingand leading principle and properly take some necessary strategies in the selection ofcriticism language, the improvement of the teachers’ quality and the mechanism ofsocial supervision to improve the acceptable degree on the verbal criticism of middleschool teacher in charge.
