Education of criticism in school is an effect that educators make on students by means of criticism.It's aim is to help students discover and recognize certain behaviors and their own shortcomings and errors in thinking and understanding,so that they do good deeds,to eliminate these bad behavior and thinking,behavior,and ultimately produce a double conversion of the heart,gradually forming ability of self-awareness and self-education,the correct construction of "criticism",on the basis of the evaluation of students' ideological irregularities and poor by means of rational action and sensual feelings.Criticism is being used as an educational way in school education,which is different from the general sense of criticism.It is educational and based on school field,so the criticism of teachers in the school is one part of criticism-education.At present,combination factors of social,school,teachers,students and other aspects led to criticism-education not carry out smoothly,which is educational practice issues worthy of rational thinking.This study's objects are teachers and students of A primary school,adapting research methods of literature,questionnaire,observation,etc,showing the status of criticism-education,current situation analysis to find the problems,and try to propose possibility solving strategies,on the basic of analysising the cause of these problems.Firstly,on the basis of finishing reading the literature define the concept of criticism-education,and divide it into five characteristics to further discuss.The premise of criticism is to fully understand the background of criticism-events;The object of criticism is students,and the criticism is directing to students' irregularities and bad thinking;Criticism is served to education,and its purpose is to enable students to do good deeds;The process of criticism-education may bring students negative emotional experience;Criticism-education is the process in which both teacher and student ultimately make a symbiotic significance through rational dialogue,emotional experience,and actively explore mutual understanding.Secondly,discuss the real criticism-education on the basis of educational practice investigation,which is divided into three areas.The understanding of the teacher about criticism;Behaviors of teacher in the implementation of the criticism-education;teachers' existing performance and experience emotional attitude in the process of criticism-education.Thirdly,analysis practical problems from four specific areas.Teachers' understanding of criticism is not in right place;Behavior of teacher in the criticism-process is misconducting;Teachers'mentality of criticism-education is irrational;Teachers' skills of criticism is lack of artistic.Fourthly,on the basis of analysising the cause of the problem,make recommendations in two areas.One is rational criticism-education actions,which according to the order of criticism-education to discuss the strategies of criticism,including the time before,present and after criticizing;Two is emotional criticism-education feelings,which requires teacher deal with students' errors with the heart of tolerance,requires teacher make good influence student with love probation,and teacher need to improve their logical of language.Finally,this study suggests that the ultimate ideal of criticism-education is helping students construct their own idea or concept of criticism,so that they can understand and accept rational criticism correctly.It also discusses the opinion of "beyond" question about criticism-education,which can be infinitely close to but can never be reached,even so,as a guideline,it still can help the criticism-education better implement.
