With the development of technologies such as the Internet and big data,many knowledge service platforms for the public have emerged.As one of the objects of knowledge service,primary and secondary schools face many problems.The study found through field visits:First,some primary and secondary schools have poor hardware conditions and incomplete facilities.Second,primary and secondary schools have a single form of knowledge application and do not have the knowledge to innovate the campus environment.Third,there is no effective teaching process.Issues such as research activities are outstanding.Fourth,the knowledge service platform provided by enterprises for primary and secondary schools cannot meet the actual needs of primary and secondary school users for“knowledge services”because of insufficient depth of actual research in primary and secondary schools and insufficient understanding of demand accuracy.To further understand the current status and needs of knowledge management services in primary and secondary schools,researchers have designed specialized survey tools,including interview outlines and questionnaires.After investigating the teachers and students of 7 primary and secondary schools,the theory of roots and mathematical statistics were used to analyze,refine and summarize the requirements.On this basis,a set of design plans for the knowledge management service platform of primary and secondary schools was proposed,and a prototype of the platform was created according to the plan.Finally,the teacher and student users of primary and secondary schools are surveyed,and the presentation of the prototype and functional explanations is carried out,and the user satisfaction survey of the"knowledge management service platform" is conducted for teachers and students in primary and middle schools.Subsequently,the user's evaluation of the platform is recycled,and the platform is modified and improved.In this context,in order to meet the needs of“knowledge management" in primary and secondary schools,this study designed a knowledge management service platform for primary and secondary schools,and conducted research from the perspective of platform research,needs research,and business analysis.The author divides the paper into seven chapters:The first chapter:Explain the background of the topic selection,according to the user needs of the primary and secondary school knowledge services,determine the research theme,research content,research methods,technology roadmap.The second chapter:from the "knowledge management","knowledge service"and "knowledge management service platform" three dimensions of the Chinese and foreign research status literature,on the basis of the knowledge management process and the basic elements of the knowledge management system,The concept of knowledge management and the concept of knowledge service are sorted out,and the concept of knowledge management service is defined in this paper,which explains the relationship between knowledge management and knowledge service.The third chapter:based on the existing research at home and abroad,the overall design of the knowledge management service platform design of primary and secondary schools is carried out,and the design idea,design principle and overall structure of the platform are proposed.Chapter Four:Questionnaire survey and interviews on knowledge management service objects in primary and secondary schools from the aspects of resource construction status and user needs(including resource demand and resource management needs).Through data processing and text processing based on grounded theory,the platform user requirements and platform business analysis are sorted out.Therefore,the basic functions of the primary and secondary school knowledge service management platform with students and teachers as users are determined.The fifth chapter:Under the real needs of primary and secondary school teachers and students,according to the basic function design of the platform,the design of the overall structure design and functional module design of the primary and secondary knowledge management service platform is designed.Draw a prototype on the basis of design to present the platform effect.The sixth chapter:Taking the teachers and students of primary and secondary schools as the survey object,the prototype presentation and functional explanations are presented,and the user satisfaction survey of the“knowledge management service platform" is conducted for teachers and students in primary and middle schools.Recall the user's evaluation of the platform and modify the platform.Chapter ?:Summarize and reflect on the shortcomings of this study,and look forward to the follow-up research.
