Design And Implementation Of TPKM Platform Based On Knowledge Map

The 21st century is a knowledge-economy era when knowledge has become the core element of production. Meanwhile the emergence of Knowledge Management could better organize the core essential element to it to create more productivity. Human is the resource of knowledge, therefore developing human resource to apply into knowledge management is becoming the key to maintain the core competition. School is such a storehouse of knowledge while it is the teacher that is the most important channel to gain knowledge. Effective teacher's knowledge not only can help teacher to the professional growth but also makes rapid promotion to the whole teachers' group and school's comprehensive competition.At present the research in Teachers' personal Knowledge management (TPKM for short) mainly stayed in the theory stage, there was no remarkable improvement in the application area. Although there were so many TPKM tools, but almost none is just for teachers, therefore they must have this or that limitations. In view of the fact, the author has the idea to design and develop a TPKM System. This system is to an attempt to explore TPKM. There must be many deficiencies owing to my lack in programming and limited materials in hand, and this is just a direction of my further effort.The thesis is divided into seven parts as follows:Chapter one is the Exordium. In this part, we mainly argue the importance of this research. Some important questions such as the analysis of global existing research fruit, the reason for this research, the consent of this research etc..Chapter two is about the discussion of the basic theory of KM. In this chapter we give a systemic vision of KM theory, including knowledge characteristics, knowledge tools and knowledge map, which are the foundation of implementing TPKM.On the base of chapter 2, In chapter3 we further explore theories of TPKM, such as the characteristics of teacher's personal knowledge, the principle and purpose of TPKM,and at last design TPKM pattern.In chapter 4, we design the models the system required and give detailed function introduction of each model on the base of requirement analysis.Chapter 5 is about the developing and implementation of TPKM System. In this chapter we mainly introduce the realized function and the relative code. In chapter 6, the present writer further expounds the confirmed function the TPKM System has realized after testing and gives promise and perspective of the designed system with a frank exposure of the present weakness in design and development.
