With the development of E-education, the network-platform education has become a new education form which assists the book-and-classroom form of education. Artificial intelligence technology, information processing technology, information services technology and knowledge engineering methods have been providing effective supports for carrying out information-oriented education. In the face of various of knowledge resources and decentralized knowledge in the modern education, it is not easy for learners to capture the knowledge which they really need timely and accurately, an efficient and practical educational knowledge-learning platform is built in this paper, employing modern educational technology and knowledge engineering methods, to achieve the functions of dynamic expansion of knowledge resources, knowledge assisted learning and etc. It has a great theoretical value and application prospects as making effective integration of educational knowledge organization, educational knowledge management and educational knowledge-based services, transforming the traditional passive learning mode into self-study, making full use of modern information technology tools, developing educational knowledge resources and optimizing the educational process.The paper started study from three areas: educational knowledge organization models, educational knowledge management and educational knowledge services. It took the example of knowledge learning on the "Discrete Mathematics" curriculum, established the relational structure model of knowledge between the relevant courses and the internal course based on analyzing the knowledge structure of the curriculum and built the formal description models of knowledge unit and semantic web based knowledge organization model. The paper brought the key technical methods of knowledge engineering into the field of educational knowledge management, achieving a dynamic expansion of knowledge learning by knowledge indexing, knowledge element linking, semantic understanding, knowledge extraction and other methods; the related knowledge of subjects can be extracted from a large number of literatures and network resources employing information retrieval and knowledge classification techniques. Thus, it can promote and enrich knowledge continuously, and then realize the knowledge innovation. By building the logical model of knowledge theme-oriented query expressions, processing the questions submitted by the users with word segmentation, the system can provide the most appropriate answer according to the semantic proximity and achieve the knowledge questions and answers function based on the knowledge base and natural language understanding. Finally, based on the study of system function model, framework and key technologies, this topic designed and developed educational knowledge learning platform. The platform system can provide service functions of knowledge learning of curriculum, query of relevant knowledge, navigation with knowledge map, knowledge push services, expert experience, knowledge questions and answers and etc, in order to provide information and knowledge learning assisted environment.The knowledge organization models, knowledge management methods, knowledge service systems and knowledge reasoning mechanisms studied and established in this paper, can be extended to other knowledge service systems. Therefore, the study results of this paper have great theoretical value and application prospects.
