Preschool is a critical period for children's social development.Young children adjust their behavior according to social expectations and requirements, and internalize social values and norms, and obey the key role played by children in socialization.Child noncompliance has no effect on the development of young children. As an important"other" in the life of young children, teachers use strategies that deal with children's noncompliance directly affect the development of children's society. This seminar randomly selected three large classes from the A Park in Wuha n as observation classes, and used three to four teachers and children in each cla ss as observation objects, mainly using natural observation methods, noncomplianc e behaviors for young children and teachers. In the real situation, the strategies of dealing with children's noncompliance behaviors are studied. On this basis, the c haracteristics, problems and causes of teachers' strategies for dealing with children's noncompliance are analyzed. The results are as follows:the child noncompliance behavior is mainly negative noncompliance, direct resistance, simple rejection,ex cuses,deliberation/speaking conditions, and surface obedience.Among them, negati ve noncompliance occurred the most. The incentives for children's noncompliance are mainly divided into three categories:teacher factors,self-factor factors and sit uational factors.Teachers and children's own factors are the most important causes of child noncompliance. The specific methods for teachers to cope with six kinds of noncompliance behaviors include:indirect orders, reprimands, compulsive body control, reasoning, affirmative evaluation,deliberation/speaking conditions, unclear orders, withdrawal of concerns, threats, direct orders, setting an example,The general strategies of body control, warning, transfer attention, neglect, prompting, compliance strategy, and forced isolation are divided into five categories:language control strategy, body control strategy, neglect strategy, compliance strategy, and love withdrawal strategy. From the starting point of the strategy,it is divided into three categories:emotional strategy, normative strategy and balance strategy.According to the attitude of the teacher's coping strategy,it is divided into two kinds:positive coping strategy and negative coping strategy.According to the degree of teacher's control over children, the strategy is divided into high power-control strategy,medium-power control strategy and low-power control strategy. The strategy of teachers' response to children's noncompliance behavior has the following characteristics:the starting point of strategy selection is mainly focused on normative strategy;the teacher coping strategy is strategy group;the strategy use method is flexible as a whole;the effectiveness of different types of noncompliance behavior strategies is different. There are four main problems when teachers respond to children's noncompliance:the teacher education strategy is inconsistent;the high power negation control strategy is too much;the child's direct resistance strategy is not flexible;the abuse neglect strategy.Teachers' professional ability, teacher cognition, children's personality and temperament, the duration and intensity of child noncompliance behavior, and situational factors are the reasons that influence kindergarten teachers' strategies and strategies for children's noncompliance behavior. On the basis of the above research, the researchers proposed:pay attention to the child's noncompliance behavior, adhere to the consistency of the education strategy, flexible use of coping strategies and suggestions for improving the professional competence of teachers. In order to provide a useful reference for improving the ability of kindergarten teachers to correctly respond to children's negative emotions.
