The development of educational informatization has promoted the application of online learning,and the quality of teaching resources has a direct impact on the learning effect.At present,the research on online teaching resources focuses on the design of teaching content and the way of resource presentation,ignoring the importance of teacher behavior in resources for the whole teaching video effect.In this paper,a recording environment of teaching video was set up and experiments were conducted to explore the influence of teachers'gestures on their teaching effects,so as to enrich the theory of gesture function and resource production,and provide support for the design and development of online teaching video.Firstly,this paper sorts out and analyzes the use of teachers'gestures in existing teaching and teaching video,summarizes the characteristics and classification of teachers' gestures,and determines the research problems.On the basis of embodied cognition theory,this paper discusses the influence of whether or not teachers use gestures in the recording environment of teaching video and the types of teachers'gestures on teaching video effect,teachers,stress level,cognitive load and teaching efficacy.In the first experiment,the effect of teachers'gestures on the teaching video effect,teachers' stress level,cognitive load and teaching efficacy was investigated through the single-factor intersubjective experiment.In this study,56 mathematics teachers were selected as subjects,and the teaching design and courseware with the theme of"roots of equations and zero points of functions"were used as experimental materials.In addition,the intervention of teachers on whether to use gestures in the recording of teaching video was divided into"group with gestures"and"group without gestures".The results showed that,in terms of teaching effect,teachers' use of gestures in teaching video recording could improve the teaching effect,but teachers themselves did not perceive the impact of gestures.In addition,the application of gestures by teachers will affect the personal state of teachers,including reducing their stress level and cognitive load,and improving their personal teaching efficacy,which is consistent with the research results on the effect of gestures on teaching.The use of gestures is beneficial to the implementation of video recording teaching.On the basis of experiment one,experiment two investigated the effects of different types of gestures used by teachers in teaching video recording on the teaching video effect,teachers'stress level,cognitive load and teaching efficacy through the single factor intersubjective experiment.In this study,56 mathematics teachers were selected as subjects,and the teaching design and courseware with curve and equation as the theme were used as experimental materials.In addition,gestures recorded in video were also intervened,which were divided into"pointing gesture group:and"representational gesture group".It is found that the instructional effect of pointing gesture is better than that of representational gesture,and the stress level of pointing gesture teachers is lower than that of representational gesture teachers.Although representational gesture behavior can improve teachers'individual teaching efficacy,it is contrary to the research results of teaching effectiveness,that is,self-confidence does not necessarily produce better results.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward the following conclusions:(1)in teaching video recording,teachers'use of gestures can improve their teaching effect,and the effect of pointing gestures is better than that of representational gestures;(2)the application of teachers'gestures in the recording of teaching video will affect the teachers themselves,reduce the stress level and cognitive load,and improve individual teaching efficacy;(3)for the use of teachers'gesture types in the video recording of teaching,teachers'stress level of using pointing gestures is low,and representational gestures can improve teachers'personal teaching efficacy.The innovation of this study:from the perspective of teachers,it analyzes the influence of teachers'gestures on their language organization and teaching effect,and probes into the reasons why teachers' gestures promote students'learning effect.The significance of this study is as follows:at the theoretical level,through exploring the influence of teachers'gestures on teaching effect,the theories related to the connection between gesture function and language understanding are further enriched.In practice,scientific and accurate methods are summarized to guide teachers and instructional designers to record teaching video,so as to give full play to the teaching level of excellent teachers,improve the quality of teaching resources and promote the construction of digital teaching resources.
