| With the development of information technology,school-and-network-based blending training has become the norm status.It is a new requirement for teachers’professional development in the information age to promote the transformation of training mode and implement blending research which combines online and offline.Lesson study is an effective teacher research and training mode.It originated in Japan at first,and then quickly transplanted to other western countries such as Britain and the-United States.At the same time,Hong Kong,Shanghai and other places in China have also carried out the lesson study model,which is the earliest lesson study practice in China.In recent years,the "One Teacher,One Excellent Lesson,One Lesson,One Great Teacher" activity carried out by the Ministry of Education has made the radiation function of excellent lessons more and more obvious.With the development of science and technology,the elements of the teaching system have changed greatly.At the same time,there are new requirements for teachers’ teaching design ability.Lesson study is an effective way to improve teachers’ teaching design ability.This paper is based on activity theory,blended learning theory and instructional design theory.By using the methods of literature analysis,field research,content analysis and case analysis,this paper investigates the needs and current situation of lesson study,constructs a model of lesson study and put forward the strategy of application,which combines online and offline,and selects the implementation cases supported by the mature case study mode and compare with the model constructed in this paper to increase the validity of the model.The research work of the thesis has the following points:(1)Investigate and survey the needs and current situation of lessom study.Firstly,through field research,the author investigates the actual situation of current lesson study in terms of research form,research theme,research content,research needs and research dilemmas.Secondly,it evaluates the current development of teachers’teaching design ability through content analysis.(2)Lesson study model construction in online and offline.Based on the practical basis of the above field research,under the support of activity theory and blended learning theory,this paper constructs the online and offline combination of lesson study mode and operation process model.(3)The strategy of model application.Firstly,the organizational mechanism and operation process of different case study modes are analyzed to clarify the starting point of the study;secondly,the three-stage process model of"self-design-peer polishing-practice reflection"is constructed;finally,the application strategy of the model is designed from three aspects:the choice of research topics,the design of online and offline research activities and the design of research guarantee mechanism.(4)Case analyze on lesson study.This paper chooses the lesson study case of online and offline combination,then analyses the core elements and activity flow of the case,and compares it with the lesson study mode constructed in this paper.The model improvement strategy is proposed from the aspects of training objectives,training platform functions and training operation process.Finally,three different case study operation process models are developed according to different training purposes,which improve the universality and effectiveness of the model to some extent.The combination of online and offline lesson study mode constructed in this paper enriches the relevant theory of lesson study,and has certain theoretical and practical significance for improving teachers’teaching design ability in the new era.The lesson study operation process model constructed by the combination of online and offline provides operational guidance for the study practice.It is helpful to improve the standardization of case study operation practice and increase the landing and universality of the mode. |
