Study On The Ways To Improve The Effect Of The Aid Policy For Poor College Students Based On SEM-Case

With the development of higher education in China,the number of college enrollment has increased,and the problem of funding for poor college students has received more and more attention from all walks of life.Education is the foundation of people's livelihood.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to raise the level of subsidy for students with financial difficulties in the family,so that every student can enjoy equal opportunities for growth.The 2018 government work report emphasizes that the funding for poor college students should be transformed into development-oriented funding to build a "four-in-one" development model.However,in the actual fund-raising process of colleges and universities,many problems have arisen:the source of funding sources is single,the efficiency of funding needs to be improved,and the evaluation method of funding effectiveness is unreasonable,etc.,all of which have become a problem that restricts the sustainable development of poor college students' funding work.The evaluation of the effectiveness of the funding policy and the exploration of ways to improve the effectiveness of funding have become the focus of the work.Taking B University as an example,this paper studies the effect of poverty-stricken students' subsidy policy based on structural equation model through questionnaire survey.The paper uses public policy evaluation theory to select evaluation indicators,and then determines the indicators through exploratory analysis.Feasibility,constructing a structural equation model,studying the path relationship among them,analyzing the key path of improving the effectiveness of the subsidy policy for poor college students,and proposing corresponding countermeasures according to the current situation and situation of University B,and then implementing the policy of B university funding The assessment and development provide new ideas and methods.The first chapter of this paper introduces the background,purpose and method of the research.The second chapter defines the related concepts,and sorts out the relevant research and foreign funding models at home and abroad.The third chapter reviews the development history of the poor college students' funding system.The funded work of University B was described.In the fourth chapter,200 questionnaires were first issued to determine the indicators of the evaluation model,and the effectiveness of the evaluation funding policy can be determined from the benefits of funding,the efficiency of funding,the adequacy of funding,and funding.Five aspects of work fairness and responsiveness of funding work were analyzed and verified,and relevant observation variables were selected.Then the questionnaire was revised and re-issued.The structural equation model was made according to the results of the questionnaire,and verified and corrected.The conclusion is that the key to improving the effectiveness of the subsidy policy lies in the two path names of the sufficiency of funding and the benefits of funding.In the fifth chapter,combined with the status quo of the funding of B University and the results of the survey,according to the path to improve the effectiveness of the funding work,the corresponding Policy recommendations,such as raising the propaganda of funding work,accurately identifying poor groups,Fair compensation funding,broaden the sources of funds,helping to increase employment,improve the ability to implement work-study and other-oriented.
