A Study On Work Pressure Of Public Course Teachers In Private Colleges And Universities In Guangxi

Private higher education has developed rapidly in recent years and become an important pillar of higher education in China.However,due to social reform,school organizational factors and teachers themselves,the pressure on the teachers of public courses in private colleges or universities is increasing.The study on the work pressure of public course teachers in private colleges and universities in guangxi can help improve the work enthusiasm of public course teachers in private colleges and universities,and enrich the subject content of psychology and pedagogy.First of all,the author makes literature review to know about the research on the work pressure of domestic and foreign teachers,and on pressure model and pressure relief methods;Through questionnaire investigation and research to know about stress source,stress level,and through the interview method to know about the various stress management methods for teachers,the influence of pressure on schools,teachers,and the students.Finally,the writer will combine lazarus cognitive interaction theory and maslow's hierarchy of needs with the actual situation to put forward pressure relief strategies.According to the survey,the pressure of public course teachers in private colleges and universities in Guangxi is universal and the sense of pressure is strong.The main pressure sources are composed of many factors,such as job security,work load,organization and management,career development and scientific research or title evaluation.These excessive pressures will bring a lot of negative effects on teachers of public courses in private colleges and universities,not only affecting teachers' physical and mental health and their own development,but also affecting the quality of private colleges and universities,and even negatively affecting students' outlook on education.Therefore,it is extremely important for private higher education to study the current situation of pressure on teachers of public courses in private universities.
