Research On Social Work's Intervaition In Internet Public Opinion Management Of Private Colleges

In the era of network information explosion,more and more people tend to voice through the network.As the forefront of new ideas and waves,college students have created infinite value and vitality in the new media era,and they are the main generating force and the affected object of online public opinions.It has become the consensus of the public opinion management departments of colleges and universities to improve the governance level of online public opinion,strengthen the construction of the network positions of colleges and universities,and create a clear network environment for colleges and universities.As an important part of higher education,private colleges and universities should not copy the experience of public colleges and universities due to their special running mechanism and running mode.The students of private institutions of higher learning have different backgrounds,different cultural bases,wide distribution of personnel,and relatively active thoughts,which determine the particularity of their online public opinions.Compared with the general network public opinions of colleges and universities,the network public opinions of private colleges and universities are characterized by the sensitivity of subjects,the pertinence and diversity of contents,the explosive and latent nature of dissemination,the collision and passivity of responses and so on.In this paper,the author used three methods including literature,interview and questionnaire.Based on the questionnaire survey and interview records,the author fully made the status survey on Jiangxi J college network public opinion governance.According to the three stages of the evolution of public opinion,the problems in the governance process of each stage are analyzed.Finally,in view of the problem,the author put forward the corresponding countermeasures by using the methods and ideas of school social work,network social work and social work.The study found that the existing governance difficulties of online public opinion of private universities include the urgent need of the management mechanism of latent periods and the weak public opinion team.In the outbreak period,the existing governance difficulties are the subject of the event lacks professional intervention and the public opinion response is too dry.In the falling period,there are lots of problems like insufficient information disclosure,hysteresis,the lack of post-treatment and profundity,etc.In this regard,social work can participate in governance from three aspects: the concept of social work permeates daily management,school social work involves in public opinion governance,network social work involves in network governance countermeasures.
