Basic education reform puts forward that teachers should transform from traditional teachers to educational researchers.Traditional teachers pay more attention to the imparting of knowledge and ignore the guidance of process and method.However,research-oriented teachers are good at reflecting on their deficiencies in educational and teaching concepts and methods and taking measures to actively improve their educational and teaching behaviors and pursue active progress.Reflective teaching provides ideas and methods for the role transformation of teachers.Reflective teaching is an activity in which teachers think purposefully about their own teaching process.It helps teachers constantly reflect on their own teaching process,truly learn how to teach,strive to improve their teaching practice effect,and improve their professional quality.This paper mainly takes the reflective teaching of physics teachers in junior high school as the research object.Through practical research,it helps teachers improve teaching quality and guides students to reflect effectively.There are many researches on reflective teaching,mainly from the perspective of theory,or just the application case of teaching practice.This research is mainly based on the author's own teaching practice as the entry point,first of all,the literature survey method is used to summarize and analyze the background,theoretical overview and research significance of reflective teaching,providing the theoretical basis for implementing reflective teaching.Then,the content of reflective teaching is analyzed through cases,which mainly includes teaching objectives,teaching contents,teacher-student relationship,after-class reflection,etc.The implementation process mainly includes four aspects,including finding problems,analyzing problems,putting forward hypotheses,verifying hypotheses,and the principle of reflective teaching,providing ideas for reflective teaching.Practice part mainly combined with the junior middle school physics teaching,using teaching design and teaching activity process,elaborated the reflective teaching practice in junior middle school physics "the refraction of light" as an example,through the test,students view about class feedback,cases discussion,teaching video found teaching problems,the educational research group brainstorming,puts forward the assumption to solve the problem,the design of different instructional design in teaching practice,constantly optimize the teaching process,improve the teaching quality ofteachers,for a line of physics teachers' teaching and related research work provides reference;Finally,the conclusion and prospect of this research are put forward.Reflective teaching strengthens teachers' teaching reflection,which can promote the smooth implementation of reflective teaching.Continuous teaching reflection in the teaching process can help teachers optimize the teaching process,timely improve teaching methods according to the learning situation,and improve the teaching quality.Reflective teaching can help teachers learn how to teach and train students to learn in the process.In junior high school,the physical concepts,principles and laws are relatively abstract,and the students' thinking mode is relatively simple,making it difficult to learn.Reflective teaching promotes teachers and students to think constantly and makes the teaching process reasonable and scientific.Through the analysis of the practical effect of reflective teaching,it has played a positive role in promoting the growth of both teachers and students.
