In recent years,the problem of campus bullying is becoming more and more serious,and it has gradually become a widespread concern around the world.In China,the study of campus bullying has also increased significantly.Since 2016,our country has also issued a number of relevant documents to guide the prevention of school bullying.The target of campus bullying is not only between boys,but also among girls.The bullying of girls in the newspapers is more and more,and the nature of bullying is getting worse and worse.It has caused great physical and psychological harm to adolescent girls and seriously hindered the healthy development of girls.The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of girls' bullying among the girls in junior high school,and to explore the causes and prevention measures.And it is also to provide theoretical basis for solving the problem of campus bullying in practice by using plentiful research on campus bullying.This paper defines the related concepts of campus bullying by combing the research of campus bullying of junior high school girls.On the basis of Norwegian Professor Olwens Bullying Questionnaire,this paper takes junior high school girls as the research object,and compiles a questionnaire of junior high school girls' campus bullying,and investigates the problem of junior high school girls' campus bullying in two junior high schools in Weifang City,Shandong Province.This questionnaire is divided into four parts.The first part is a survey of the basic situation of all girls.The second part is the investigation on the incidence of bullying among junior high school girls in this region by dividing the types of bullying into four dimensions: physical bullying,verbal bullying,relationship bullying and cyber bullying.The third part is the investigation on the questions of the way of bullying,the characters of bullies and victims of bullying,the causes of bullying,the time and place of bullying and so on.And this part is set up the problem from the angle of the characters and causes of girls' bullying in junior high school The fourth part is the correlation analysis among the campus bullying,school education and family education.At the same time,this paper has made interviews with teachers and parents about related issues to find out the attitudes and opinions of teachers and parents on campus bullying of girls,and prepared for the formulation of prevention and control policies on campus bullying ofgirls in junior high schools.This paper finds out that,the girl campus bullying phenomenon does exist in this two junior high schools in Weifang City through the analysis of the bullying situation of junior high school girls.But the incidence rate is low.The bullying situation of junior high school girls is characterized by diversification of bullying methods,mass bullying forms,concentration of bullying time and concealment of bullying places.There are various means of campus bullying among the girls in junior high school.It mainly consists of verbal bullying.And when the bullying occurred is concentrated on the spare time between classes,on the way to school and on the way home.And where the bullying occurred mostly locates in the toilets,dormitories and on the way to school and on the way home where the monitor couldn't see.After campus bullying,most of the girls ask others for help.In the analysis of the causes of school bullying of junior high school girls,personal character is an important reason for school bullying.The study found that showy,independent and strong girl students,so called bad girls,are easy to become the perpetrators of school bullying,and the introverted character of solitude and poor family conditions tend to make girls victims of school bullying.The wrong educational concept of attaching importance to intellectual education while neglecting moral education and the improper handling of bullying incidents are not conducive to reducing the occurrence of bullying incidents on campus.Parental rearing styles and safety awareness are related to the occurrence of campus bullying.Girls from laissez-faire,authoritarian parenting families are more likely to be involved in school bullying than girls from democratic parenting families.Girls who are often educated about parental safety are less likely to be involved in school bullying.Besides,girls' words and deeds will be influenced by the social environment as a member of the society.A lot of bad information from the society and the low-quality social persons who have intimate relationship with female students are likely to become the promoters of campus bullying.Finally,the relevant prevention and control measures of school bullying junior high school girls,made on the basis of this study and from the personal point of view,family point of view,school point of view and social point of view,can reduce the occurrence of campus bullying in practice.
