Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Campus Football In Duyun City, Guizhou Province

Abstract:The edict was issued jointly by State Physical Culture Administration and Ministry of Education in China, April14th2009. Group [2009]54word document "The Notification on the Development of National Youth Campus Football" is a programmatic document to help the campus football develop.As the first batch of pilot city-Duyun,Youth Campus Football has a developing opportunity. Duyun, the capital cityof Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,lying in the south of Guizhou, is one of44"lnational youth campus football cities" as well as the only city to join the composition of football activity in Guizhou. Duyun has the profound football culture, and football has the large masses base in this city. There had been the sizeable and systematic Football League A&B in Duyun. Football had been an essential part of people’s cultural life at that time. But, with the development of the city, because of the influence of Chinese football environment, the dwindling available football field to the public and other objective factors, football inevitably has a huge shrinkage in Duyun,. Especially in Youth Football Match, the scale of events, the Matches and the number of people involved are not what they were.Because of becoming the campus football activity city in2009, campus football is moving into a new period and football in Duyun is developing rapidly.This paper, using the research methods of literature data, interviewing method, questionnaires, mathematical statistics, survey, on-the-spot investigation and other methods, made investigation on current condition of campus football development in Duyun, to find the main existing problems:the less attention by leaders of all levels, the depth and comprehension of football content into PE Teaching, the lag of the school football team training and construction, the unitary football extracurricular activities, the low quality of its training activities, the poor facilities, the lack of PE teacher resources, the problem of the referee’s work, the lack of knowledge of the campus football by parents and students.Regarding above the problems, the author puts forward the following countermeasures:to strengthen the supervision, to improve the recognition of leadership, to pay close attention to training, to ensure sport performance, to build the atmosphere of football culture by Multi-channel, to enhance the social cognition, to vigorously promote "combination of sports and education" pattern, to improve the plan of sport sites and facilities and league matches, to strengthen to construct the football team of teachers and to train the sports judges and referees, to structure the incentive system to inspire students and gain the parents’support.
