The Research On The Operation Process Of Resilience Of School-drifters Taking Part In Postgraduate Examination

This research uses the process theory of resilience to explore how can the NETM Campus Drifters developing well in the face of pressures and challenges.What resources are there in the school and the environment?How does the NETM Campus Drifters resilience work?Through the qualitative research of six graduates who are in school and two graduates who have had a postgraduate school,the results of the study reflect:the actual pressure and challenges stimulate the initiation of resilience,the support of family and other intimate relationships and the tolerance of the school provides an effective buffer for risk and stress response.The mental and behavioral underlies the operational process of the NETM Campus Drifters.The results of resistance recombination will strengthen the resistance and reshape the resiliency characteristics.The findings indicate:First,The positive interaction between the individual and the environment of NETM Campus Drifters is the process of exerting immunity by its own resiliency.The ideal and belief of the NETM Campus Drifters is the most important protection mechanism for its resistance process.The active response mode is the reaction mechanism of its resistance process.The self-confidence and optimistic cognitive style is the adjustment mechanism of its resistance process.The quality of the will is the challenge mechanism for the operation of its resistance process.The exercise of a healthy body is the guarantee mechanism for its resistance process.Second,the spirit and action can stimulate the subject consciousness,encourage individuals to actively coordinate internal and external advantages and resources,which is the key force for the successful adaptation of NETM Campus Drifters to overcome the school drift.Third,the results of the reorganization of the NETM Campus Drifters reshaped the individual's resiliency,and the individuals who successfully adapted to the school's drifting adversity presented positive resiliency reconstruction.The research suggests that the strategies to improve the resilience of NETM Campus Drifters can be put forward from the power of spirit and action.The first is to cultivate the self-efficacy of the postgraduate school,focusing on the cultivation of self-confidence,self-awareness and self-control.Secondly,it is to cultivate the protection resources in the ecological environment of the postgraduate school.It can start from the family,school and peer system,strengthen the school function and expand the resource utilization of education,shape the positive education environment of the school,and pay attention to the Construction of network service platform.
