The connotation of "class cadres" is very rich,they are students,the assistant of teachers,and the model for classmates.The cultivate of high-quality class cadres can promote the overall development of students,the construction of class,and a harmonious class culture.The cultivate of high-quality class cadres is an important way to realize the task of cultivating talents and enhancing morality,it is also a basic requirement for the development of school education management.Thus this research is based on social role theory and role identification theory,and studies the role of class cadres from a dynamic perspective,this study believes the formation of the role of class cadres is achieved by individuals interacting with members of the environment,it doesn't end with the moment when the individual gets the role,and individuals will adjust their role behaviors based on others' evaluation,the expectations of others affect the practice of the role of class cadres.Therefore,this study explored the status of the role of class cadres,in the process of interaction between classmates,teachers,and parents.This research proposes that the formation of the role of class cadres is accomplished through external role construction and internal role identification;The external role construction mainly includes role expectation,role selection and role training,role evaluation and assessment,the internal role identification includes role recognition,role emotion,and role behavior;and this study comprehensively analyzed the differences between the roles of class cadres and ordinary students in class status and resource acquisition.So this research conducted a systematic and in-depth investigation of the formation of the role of class cadres with taking M Middle School of Hanchuan City as an example,in the analysis of the survey results,this research found the following problems existed in the formation of the role of class cadres: role recognition is biased,role development is unbalanced,role practice is insufficient,role training is not standardized,and role conflicts are frequent,in order to solve those problems,this study proposes the following measures: headmasters should be the correct guides,try to improve self-quality,correct the cognition of the role of class cadres,and improve the role guidance ability of class cadres;students should participants in the formation of the role of class cadres actively,try to enhance the self-consciousness of the role growth of class cadres,improve the role learning ability,and realize true participation;parents should be the rational coordinators,try to strengthen communication with children,appropriately adjust role expectations,respect students' wishes,and respect election rules;and the school should be the institutional guarantee for the formation of the role of class cadres,formulate the role specification of class cadres,organize the role learning of class cadres,and strengthen the cultivation of the role of class cadres.
