With the deepening of the socialist market economic system and the rapid development of YiWu's commodity economy,a large number of people from the Middle East and Africa gathered in YiWu,and the phenomenon of transnational intermarriage became more and more. The two sides of transnational intermarriage come from different cultural backgrounds. There are cultural differences between different cultures, which will inevitably lead to many conflicts in the process of communication. The studies about transnational marriage show that conflicts in transnational marriage are mainly caused by differences in language, the way of thinking and living habits. At home, many scholars mainly focus on cross-border marriage between China and some specific countries, including China with developed countries such as China-the United States,China-France and China-Japan,as well as China-Vietnam,China-Myanmar and other border countries. The prominent conflicts in the two kinds of transnational marriages are different. The research on transnational marriages in China-some developed countries holds that the conflicts in transnational marriages are mainly caused by different motives of marriage, different lifestyles, different family concepts and different social concepts. The biggest problem in cross-border marriages between China and some other countries is the identity of foreign brides, which brings about many conflicts. There are three main paradigms to interpret the theory of cultural conflict: the theory of clash of civilizations, the theory of organisms and the theory of challenge-response.The conflicts in the interpretation of these three paradigms arise in different civilizations and countries, and the theoretical explanation is macroscopic.Cultural conflicts not only occur betweennations, but also in transnational marriage family. From the micro level,in the process of intercultural communication, cultural conflicts will inevitably arise because of the existence of cultural differences.People's identification with different cultures is a very important reason for conflicts in intercultural communication. In the content part of the article, the author first introduces the basic situation of transnational marriage investigation in YiWu,and then analyses the motivation of transnational marriage, one is emotional drive, the other is purposeful rational drive.Purpose Marriage driven by reason is less emotional maintenance and more unstable than marriage driven by emotion.However,cross-border marriage driven by two factors will conflict because of cultural differences in real marriage life.On this basis, conflicts are divided into different types: first, conflicts caused by different habits of life;second, conflicts caused by different symbols and norms;third, conflicts caused by different ways of thinking.Through the research,it is found that the root of conflicts in transnational marriage lies in the differences of thinking modes. There are three different ways for transnational couples in YiWu to deal with marital conflicts: positive constructive treatment, negative destructive treatment and avoidance treatment. These three different ways will bring different results. From the perspective of cultural identity, the author explains why transnational couples have different ways of dealing with marital conflicts. When the two sides are in a low degree of cultural identity for each other's culture, the more prone to conflict.Especially in transnational marriages driven by economic rationality, the more intolerable the conflicts in transnational marriages are,the easier it is to deal with them in a destructive way. However, cultural differences may not necessarily bring about cultural conflicts, but may also bring vitality. The two sides can change a single mode of thinking and establish a positive way of cultural identity.By this way,it can enhance each other's cultural identity and reduce the emergence of conflicts.
