The construction of high-level universities in the new era requires the realization of high-level scientific research and high-quality personnel training,so as to improve the international competitiveness of higher education.It all comes down to a highly qualified faculty.The faculty of colleges and universities is composed of teachers who are responsible for teaching professional knowledge and counselors who are responsible for college students'ideological and personality guidance.The requirements for talent training put forward by the "double first-class" construction also include not only the first-class professional quality of talents,but also includes the high level of ideological and political consciousness of talents.This requires teachers of specialized courses to optimize the curriculum design,accelerate the improvement of the quality of"teaching",and cultivate top innovative talents with core competitive advantages in business.In addition,the instructors who are responsible for "preaching"should constantly improve their research and innovation ability,so as to realize the transformation from transactional auxiliary role to expert leading role.Based on this,this paper puts forward the exploration of quality-oriented "dual instructor system" construction.On the basis of studying and summarizing the theories about the construction of the instructor team at home and abroad,combined with the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview results of the construction status of the "dual-instructor system" in four named universities and colleges in GuangXi province,we find that the current implementation of the"dual instructor system" faced by the construction of formalistic,quality-oriented weakening;Counselors have weak theoretical foundation and weak research ability;difficulties and problems such as lack of communication,absence of learning and sharing.Based on the in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems,this paper puts forward the subdivision of professional roles and the definition of their respective responsibilities.Clarify the threshold of talent access;To strengthen the system management of "dual counselors" and other targeted policy Suggestions,in order to provide a strong support for the construction of "dual counselors" system,and truly promote the realization of the quality goal of lide shuren.
