| In the era of knowledge-driven economy, our higher education has come into a fast-developing period. Not only have the quantity of institutions increased, but also the quality of education has been adjusted. As a part of the higher education system, higher vocational education should react to this situation properly. Now, it is an important issue that how the higher vocational education changes the present talent cultivation pattern according to the social demand for talents, and finally cultivates high-level applied talents. In this thesis, the author studies the application of the"One Two Three"Talent Cultivation Pattern in our higher architectural vocational college, analyzing the problems in it and making some suggestions.This thesis includes five sections. The first section introduces the background and the meaning of choosing this topic, and the research situation on the topic in China and foreign countries at present. Moreover,the ideas and methods in this research were introduced in this section. The second section introduces the concept and system of German dual system, and summarizes seven features and advantages of this talent cultivation pattern. The third section elaborates on the application of German dual system in our higher architectural vocational colleges, taking Sichuan College of Architectural Technology as an Example. In this section, the author makes a brief introduction of Sichuan College of Architectural Technology, and discusses the background, the reason and the guiding theory of drawing on German dual system. Then the author explains the specific meaning of the"One Two Three"Talent Cultivation Pattern and its implementation, summarizes its features and evaluates its effect. The fourth section summarizes the common problems in the course of drawing on German dual system in the higher vocational colleges in China, mainly from four aspects. The last section makes some correlation suggestions on the basis of current situation in the course of drawing on German dual system in our higher vocational colleges.To some extent, the author has brought forth a new idea, which is reflected in the content of this research. |
