With the promotion of China’s international status and the development of social economy,all walks of life have merged.The market has more and more fine division of talents,and the requirements of applied talents are becoming higher and higher.In order to adapt to the national conditions,serve the economy and promote the development,deepening reform has been carried out in graduate education.Under the call of the times,the professional degree will develop in a strong situation and on a large scale.However,the development period of professional degree in our country is relatively shallow.The starting time is late,and the experience is insufficient.Most of its training models copy the training mode of academic graduate students,and the talents trained cannot effectively meet the needs of the market.This is contrary to the purpose of the professional degree system.In order to improve the training quality of professional degree graduate students,meet the market demand,and construct a suitable training mode of professional degree graduate students,based on the study and reference of the predecessors,the dissertation applies the literature method,comparative research method,and historical research method to study the outstanding mode of applied talents training systematically,i.e." the Germany "dual system"training model.The "dual system" education system is well known all over the world.Its complete training model,and advanced educational methods and ideas provide a good reference for the perfection of the education model of professional graduate students in China.It will be of great benefit to the reform of graduate education of professional degree in our country.This thesis probes into the development course of "dual system",combs from its budding stage to development stage,analyzes the reasons of its continuous improvement,understands the essence of its cultivation mode,probes into its advantages and disadvantages,and studies its dualistic characteristics.According to the development situation of professional degree in our country,the adaptability analysis is made,that is,the necessity and feasibility study of the cultivation of dual-element model,to construct an innovative professional degree postgraduate training mode which can suit our country’s national conditions,promote social and economic development,and continually cultivate high quality applied talents for the socialist modernization construction of our country and the realization of "China dream".The graduate students of professional degree have strong pertinence,deep theoretical foundation,and strong professional accomplishment.Therefore,they are high-level,compound and applied talents.Based on the training goal of professional degree graduate students,our professional degree graduate education needs to be improved in the aspects of tutor team,training goal,enrollment system,curriculum design,teaching method,evaluation system,etc.On the basis of studying the "dual system",this dissertation tries to put forward several points of view:(1)the reform direction of training mode of the professional degree graduates is conceived,which include two basic directions,i.e.,the postgraduate training units such as colleges,and enterprises and institutions;(2)the construction of the "dual type" tutor team should be actively promoted;(3)the dual model of "academic + practice" should be constructed;(4)the relationship between professional degree and professional qualification certificate should be strengthened.The point of view is simple and not deep enough,expecting to be able to throw a brick into the jade.
