The quality of teacher education plays a decisive role in the development of China ’s education.The Ministry of Education has promulgated the “Excellent Teacher Training Plan” and the “Excellent Teacher Training Plan 2.0”,which require the implementation of the “dual mentoring system” under the guidance of university teachers and excellent primary and secondary school teachers.The "dual mentoring system" requires theoretical mentors and practical mentors to jointly train normal students,which is conducive to promoting the integration of theory and practice.The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of the implementation of the "dual mentoring system" of educational practice oriented to excellent teacher training,to explore its existing problems and to propose countermeasures and suggestions,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.The introduction part mainly discusses the research background,defines the main concepts and analyzes the similar concepts,and explains the purpose,significance,content and research methods of the research.This study first sorted out the relevant research results at home and abroad to understand the research status.Secondly,it reviewed the emergence and development of the dual tutor system,with tacit knowledge and free education as the theoretical support.After discussion at the theoretical level,questionnaires and interviews were conducted with teachers and students participating in the Excellent Teachers Program as the research object.From the students ’perception of the dual tutor system,the selection and deployment of tutors,and the dual tutors The six dimensions of recognition and implementation effect,satisfaction with mentor guidance,division of labor and cooperation between dual mentors,incentive and supervision analyze the current status of dual mentor system implementation.Finally,combined with the investigation results,we explored the problems existing in the implementation of the current dual tutor system and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through research,it is found that the current dual tutor system has the following problems in the implementation process:(1)Insufficient construction of the dual tutor system,mainly manifested by the unclear responsibilities of the tutors inside and outside the school and the single selection criteria of the tutors outside the school;(2)The responsibility of the tutors needs to be strengthened;(3)The students’ autonomyis low,which results in the guidance effect not reaching the expected effect;(4)The incentive mechanism has not been perfected,which leads to the enthusiasm of the instructors in and outside the school to participate in the work,and the imperfect supervision system makes the guidance work difficult to implement smoothly;(5)The tutors inside and outside the school lack cooperation and effective communication,and the "synergy" training is formal.In order to further improve the construction of the dual tutor system,the following countermeasures are proposed for the above problems:(1)standardize the selection criteria and procedures of off-campus tutors,improve the way of equipping tutors inside and outside the school;(2)clarify the duties of tutors inside and outside the school to ensure the smooth development of the guidance work;(3)explore the effective cooperation model of dual-mentors,to create a dual-master sports man platform;(4)improve the initiative of students,promote the promotion of collaborative training;(5)establish an effective incentive mechanism and develop a reasonable management system.
