German immigrant education is a kind of education under the cross-cultural background.The German government attaches great importance to the teaching management of immigrant students in primary and secondary schools.The main experience in the teaching management of immigrant students in German primary and secondary schools has certain reference significance for the teaching management of foreign students and minority students in the cross-cultural background of Chinese primary and secondary schools.At the same time,some of its existing problems are worth China's prevention and reflection.At present,German primary and secondary schools adopt five teaching organizational modes for immigrant students:Das submersive Modell,Das integrative Modell,Das teil integrative Modell,Das parallele Modell and Das parallele Schulabschluss.At the same time,Germany pays attention to the implementation of intercultural education ideas in the three stages of teacher training.In order to ensure the teaching quality of immigrant students,flexible learning forms and methods are emphasized in the classroom,and the teaching effect of immigrant students is evaluated and analyzed through the results of international tests,and relevant researches are conducted.State educational organizations and schools have also taken steps to promote teaching support for immigrant students.The teaching management of immigrant students in German primary and secondary schools has the advantages of the autonomy of teaching management enjoyed by the state government and schools,the flexible teaching organization mode,the emphasis on the idea of cross-cultural education and the emphasis on the teaching quality of immigrant students.However,there are still some problems,such as the lack of native language and religious culture courses,the need to improve the training and management of teachers,and the lack of unified supervision and evaluation standards in the teaching management of immigrant students.Compared with Gennany,the teaching management for foreign students in primary and secondary schools in China should make overall planning for foreign students'teaching management,improve foreign students' teacher training and management mechanism,establish foreign students' teaching management information and communication platform,and pay attention to foreign students'teaching related research and investigation.In terms of ethnic education,China should pay more attention to cross-cultural education,pay more attention to improving the courses of minority languages and Chinese proficiency,and improve the training and management of ethnic education teachers.
