The study status of secondary vocational students in the academic situation has always been an important topic in the field of vocational education and teaching.In order to explore the level of learning engagement of secondary vocational students and how to regulate and enhance their learning ability effectively,this study is based on the status quo of secondary vocational students.On this basis,the relationship between academic self-study and learning engagement of secondary vocational students and the mechanism of academic resilience are discussed.Using the "Academic Resilience Questionnaire for Secondary Vocational School Students",the "Learning Engagement Scale" and the self-edited "Academic Self Questionnaire for Secondary Vocational School Students",a questionnaire survey was conducted on 2993 secondary vocational students.The survey results showed that:(1)self-edited academic self-questionnaire has good reliability and validity.The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire is between 0.87 and 0.90,and the validity coefficient is between 0.83 and 0.89.The confirmatory factor analysis reaches the model fitness index and can be used as a tool for further research.(2)Academic self-study of secondary vocational students fluctuates at a moderate level,and there are significant differences in gender and grade.Among them,girls are significantly higher than male students in terms of academic self and academic emotional experience and academic achievement value;first-year students are significantly higher than second and third grades in academic self-study,academic perception,academic emotional experience and academic achievement value.(3)The academic resilience of secondary vocational students is generally at a medium level,and there are significant differences in gender,whether it is the only one and the grade.Among them,girls are significantly higher than boys in terms of academic resilience and academic distress,academic delay,teacher support and parental support;the only child is significantly higher in academic resilience and academic dilemma,academic dilemma and parental support.Non-only children;firstyear students are significantly higher than the second and third grades in academic resilience and in all dimensions.(4)The learning engagement of secondary vocational students is generally at a medium level,and there are significant differences in gender and grade.Among them,girls are significantly higher than boys in learning engagement,dedication,vitality and concentration;first-year students are significantly higher than the second and third grades in terms of learning engagement and all dimensions.(5)Academic self-study and academic resilience can be used as predictors of learning engagement.Academic self can positively predict learning engagement,academic resilience can positively predict learning engagement,and academic resilience plays a partial intermediary role in the process of academic self-influence on learning engagement.Intermediary effect accounts for 47% of total effect.The role of learning engagement is partly achieved through academic resilience.
