Study On College Students' Moral Behavior And Its Guidance

Social life is practiced in essence.Any moral behavior can not only stay in the purely ideological field,but should be constantly tested and developed in the practice of social morality.Under the joint action of internal and external factors,most of the students in the new era have developed moral behaviors that conform to social ethics,but there are still some college students who have unethical behaviors.These unethical behaviors hinder to some extent.The growth of college students is a talent.This research is aimed at this practical problem,aiming to help college students develop good moral behavior,establish a correct moral concept,and then improve the moral quality of college students.The paper mainly uses questionnaires and literature research methods to scientifically define the related concepts of moral behavior guidance,objectively analyze the current situation and causes of college students' moral behavior and school moral behavior guidance,and then explore the implementation plan of college students' moral behavior guidance.Specifically,the paper mainly has the following three contents:The first is to elaborate on the related concepts of moral behavior and moral behavior guidance.Through the systematic interpretation of the related concepts of moral behavior guidance,this paper analyzes the "information and inconsistency" and difference characteristics of college students' moral behavior,combs the relationship between moral behavior and morality,and then puts forward the theoretical significance and guiding theoretical basis of college students' moral behavior guidance.The second is to summarize and analyze the current situation and causes of college students' moral behavior and school moral behavior guidance.Through empirical research,it is found that ethical behavior is a universal and dominant behavior of college students in China.However,in the aspects of social morality,professional ethics,family virtues,and personal morality,some college students still have unethical behaviors.These unethical behaviors not only hinder the growth of college students,but also undermine the moral order of society.Through in-depth analysis of the survey results,the unethical behavior of college students is the result of a combination of subjective and objective reasons.The subjective reason is that the college students' moral feelings,moral responsibility and sense of justice need to be improved.The lack of the above "three senses" is the conceptual basis of the unethical behavior of college students.The objective reasons are mainly the induction of badatmosphere in the social environment and the ineffectiveness of the school's ethical behavior.The bad atmosphere in the social environment mainly comes from the negative social social thoughts and the wrong demonstration of bad moral phenomena,which are the inducing factors of the unethical behavior of college students.The third is to explore the implementation strategy of college students' moral behavior guidance.This research adheres to the theory-based,problem-oriented,establishes the main goal of college students' moral behavior guidance,points out the basic principles that college students should follow in guiding moral behavior,and then puts forward the implementation strategy to strengthen college students' moral behavior guidance.First of all,in accordance with the subjective initiative of college students,advocate the self-improvement of moral behavior judgment,moral behavior choice and moral behavior practice,improve the initiative of self-education,and consolidate the internal foundation of moral practice.Secondly,from the perspective of strengthening school moral education,it proposes to use the three guiding platforms of the first classroom,the second classroom and the third classroom to guide the "three modernizations" of college students' moral concepts to moral behaviors,that is,to guide the internalization of college students' moral concepts.The transformation of moral concepts into moral behaviors and the strengthening of moral behaviors enable university students to achieve "integration of knowledge and action" in moral practice.Thirdly,from the perspective of optimizing the social moral environment,it puts forward three countermeasures:establishing a sound moral system,developing social moral culture,and strengthening the supervision of online media,giving full play to the environment's educational function,and then forming a moral behavior guide for college students.Together.
