Research On Teaching Management Reform Of Private Colleges Based On Artificial Intelligence

China's private schools can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn Period.Modern private colleges first appeared in the 1980 s.Now,more than 30 years have passed.Private colleges and universities have become an important and inseparable part of China's higher education.The need of social education has alleviated the shortage of national higher education resources and made important contributions to the popularization of higher education in China.In September 2017,China implemented the new “People's Republic of China Private Education Promotion Law”,which stipulates that private schools can choose to be established as for-profit or non-profit schools according to the wishes of the founders.This means that at this stage,private schools not only face unprecedented competition,but also bring opportunities to create brands.In recent years,the rapid development of artificial intelligence,deep learning,mobile Internet and other technologies,artificial intelligence products have been applied to many places in our work,life,learning,etc.,making our work,study,and life more convenient and convenient.Whether private colleges can catch the "artificial intelligence era" express train,improve their teaching management methods,improve teaching quality,improve the overall competitiveness of the school,and send more outstanding talents to the society is an important issue.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the research on teaching management reform of private colleges based on artificial intelligence.Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development,but also has a far-reaching impact on the development of private colleges and universities in China.The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology provides a new direction for the development of private colleges and universities in China.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the teaching management reform environment of private colleges and universities by means of PEST and SWOT analysis.Then it analyzes the influence of artificial intelligence technology on teaching management from four aspects: teaching resources,the way of teaching and learning,the way of teaching evaluation and the mode of teaching management.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding methods and implementation guarantee system for private colleges and universities to apply artificial intelligence to teaching management.Through literature reading and case analysis,the author analyzes the current situation of artificial intelligence technology and private colleges and universities,and puts forward the idea of applying artificial intelligence technology to the teaching management of private colleges to improve the quality of teaching and thus improve the level of running a school.
