With the Party Central Committee and the State Council,the comprehensive deployment and firm implementation of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020),The development of higher education in our country has shown a prosperous development.Now private higher education institutions have become an important part of ordinary higher education institutions in China.Although the country's favorable policies have provided good opportunities for the development of private colleges and universities,their resources are limited,the policy impact is uncertain,and social identity is not high.There are still many difficulties and challenges,and the situation is more complicated than that of ordinary public universities.In order to be invincible,private colleges and universities must continuously improve their competitiveness.Strengthening the internal management of private colleges is an effective way to improve the competitive advantage of private colleges.Employee relationship management is undoubtedly a weak link in the management of private colleges and universities.It not only affects the quality of education and teaching in private colleges,but also restricts the improvement of its scientific research and academic level,and affects the overall performance and long-term development ofprivate colleges.It can be seen that the employee relationship management optimization strategy can enhance the competitive advantage for private colleges and universities.This study uses the interview method,questionnaire survey method,comparative research method and statistical analysis method to clarify the status quo of employee relationship management in S private colleges and universities,and reveals the main problems and causes in employee relationship management by using highly relevant theory.Aiming at the optimization strategy of its employee relationship management.This research uses a combination of pedagogy,psychology,management,organizational behavior,science and philosophy to conduct research.The perspective of analysis is not limited by thinking.I hope that the research results can be the national and Hunan education administrative departments and private universities.Managers provide a certain reference role in employee relationship management and scientific decision-making.
